December 2nd, 2009 Yesterday we got a sneak peek at Britney Spears‘s photospread for the new issue of Elle magazine and I thought it would be only fitting to share her Elle coverphoto today — on her birthday!!
Aww … I love how Britney is sharing her cover with her boys Sean Preston and Jayden James. They all look so adorable. I can’t wait to see the rest of the pics … I also can’t wait to read the coverstory interview. For now, let’s just continue to send our Birthday Lurve to our dear Britney!! She’s had a great year this year, I think … here’s hoping the best is yet to come for her!!

Her boy’s are beyond gorgeous. They look so much like their mom, but sadly, I can see a bit of K-fed (K-fat? K-fit? What are we calling him these days?) in them too. Still, gorgeous little kids. I’m excited to go pick up this issue!

I love it! She looks so beautiful and even though I’m sure she got photoshopped to an extent, she looks natural. Although, if true, I heard she has a split cover with Lady GaGa meaning GaGa would grace the front magazine and Britney would be on the back. They didn’t mention separate issues but a SPLIT cover so I’m going to be pissed if GaGa gets the front page. I heard it’s because Britney didn’t give an interview so I’m slightly confused…

What makes me so happy is the fact that this woman almost had her sons taken away from her two years ago when she was in a dark place, and seeing her so happy with her precious little angels make me just wanna give her a warm hug and continue to cheer her on :)

From past posts, I know I am the only one, but I just don’t think it is right to put little kids on the covers of magazines. If Britney’s childhood in the spotlight of fame harmed her, isn’t she just doing the same thing to her own children? Give them some privacy for their own well being!

i dont think Brit Brit looks too good in this picture, @shiny i totally agree with the crazy eye statement. But her boys are adorable and i’m happy she was able to get her life in a much better place then where it was a few years ago

@krissy I totally agree. and TBH I dont think it was initially Britney’s idea, I remember her saying that she didnt want them to be in the spotlight at all, but they have been in so many photoshoots. I hate it!
It makes me think they are using the kids just to show how much she has improved. :(
@DAVID yeah these were taken a long time ago, during one of her breaks in the tour.

Hm should Britney be on the cover with her boys who she wants to keep from the spotlight? I thought us knowing what they look like thru paparazzi pics is enough….hope she just wants to show up how proud she is and then she’ll never do it again in public.

@nicole – I know… it’s really sad to see. She has such a beautiful smile, but there’s still something there… As much as people want to think she’s truly happy, i dont think she is yet. GETTING THERE for sure, but not quite.
