Also blasts her "deceptive" and "deluded" daughter on Facebook
Courtney Love Does ‘Dazed & Confused’ Magazine

Courtney Love, who we learned earlier this week lost primary custody of her daughter Frances Bean Cobain because Frances decided that she wants to live with her grandmother on her father’s side rather than her mom, is featured on the cover of the new issue of Dazed & Confused magazine … looking very much like living incarnation of the magazine’s name:

Oh, Courtney. In regards to losing custody of her daughter, C. Love posted a rant on her Facebook profile blasting her daughter as a traitor for choosing to live with her grandmother, Wendy O’Connor, rather than with her. After the jump, check out the rest of C. Love‘s Dazed & Confused photospread which, I must warn you, is pretty NSFW and read excerpts from Courtney‘s Facebook rant against her daughter Frances Bean

Just a tease
‘Harry Potter & The Deathly Hallows’ Releases First Movie Trailer

When last we heard about Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows here on the blog it was May and the principal stars were hard at work filming scenes for the new film in the fields of the United Kingdom. Today, many months after, we get our FIRST LOOK at the new teaser trailer for the film. Altho The Deathly Hallows won’t be released in theaters until November of 2010, it appears that the movie studio really wants to jumpstart the promo campaign this holiday season. Here are a few screencaps from this new teaser trailer:

I understand that this early preview trailer is included on the DVD release of the most recent Harry Potter film The Half-Blood Prince which opened in theaters this past Summer and was just released for sale last Tuesday, December 8. After the jump, check out the teaser trailer for Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows (Part I) …

Italian 'Vanity Fair' magazine previews the new ad campaign
First Look: Madonna For Dolce & Gabbana Spring/Summer 2010

Last year Madonna was the face of Louis Vuitton, next year she will be the face of Dolce & Gabbana and Italian Vanity Fair magazine is giving us our first look at the first photos from their Spring/Summer 2010 ad campaign featuring her Madgesty herself … behold:

Exclusive in this week’s Italian edition of Vanity Fair is the worldwide preview of Dolce & Gabbana’s new spring/summer 2010 campaign featuring pop icon Madonna. Click here to take a first look and read what designer Stefano Gabbana has to say about the shoot and the star. Madonna’s private life is seldom out of the papers but this new Dolce & Gabbana campaign is unlike anything you have seen before. Exit the paparazzo, these shots by Steven Klein reveal much more than a grainy stolen picture, they showcase an intimate, real aspect to the ultimate icon’s life. In keeping with Dolce & Gabbana’s Spring/Summer 2010 collection’s emphasis on Mediterranean heritage and classic Italian sensuality, the mood isn’t unlike a film from the days of Italian Neorealism. Madonna herself recalls the strong, raw sensuality of the iconic actress Anna Magnani – showcasing when soft sensuality meets bold authenticity. In the Vanity Fair Italy feature, Stefano Gabbana discusses the campaign and why Madonna was the perfect match: “She loved the collection,” he says, “…she is passionate and impressively knowledgeable about Italian cinema,” (Monica Vitti is her favourite actress and we see the resemblance).” When asked as to whether Madonna knows how to wash dishes, Stefano Gabbana replies “Certainly…she’s a very practical woman…” And does she actually eat spaghetti despite her most enviable figure? “Of course, says Stefano, and she can allow herself to with all the exercise she does!”

It’s a cute idea … Madonna draped in domesticity … but there doesn’t seem to be much oomph in these first photos. But still, considering how friendly Maddy is with Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana it was only a matter of time before she signed on to appear as their spokesmodel. After the jump, check out a couple more images from the S/S 2010 Dolce & Gabbana of Madonna “at home” …

Altho we heard about this 2 weeks ago, we're hearing about it again
To Reiterate: Jake Gyllenhaal & Reese Witherspoon Are DUNZO!!

On Sunday November 29, we learned that Jake Gyllenhaal and Reese Witherspoon decided to call off their longtime relationship and break things off. Almost immediately after that report came out, representatives for the couple denied the claims of a break up and everyone assumed that the couple were still happily attached … well, except for me. Today we are hearing, again, that the couple have really truly broken up but this time, reps for GyllenSpoon are NOT offering denials … which essentially means that they are confirming the news. ‘Tis true, y’all, Jake and Reese are really dunzo!

From E! News‘s Marc Malkin: Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal know how to quit each other. The couple is no longer together. Sources confirm that the two decided to end their relationship about two weeks ago. People magazine actually reported the split back then, but reps for both stars insisted they were still very much in love. Reps are not commenting this time around. So what went down? “They needed time to figure it out and they were on different coasts,” a source says. “When they were finally together, they talked it out and decided they’re not going to be together anymore.” One source insists it’s completely amicable. “There are no other people involved,” the source said. “The relationship just ended. It just fizzled. But they also wanted to be careful and private about it because of Reese’s kids.” Our source also shot down recent reports claiming that Gyllenhaal was planning on popping the question. (FYI: Gyllenhaal seemed perfectly happy when we saw him just three days ago at Spike TV’s Video Game Awards in downtown L.A.)

Yep, I knew it … I knew it 2 weeks ago but, well, you know how these things play out. I shall refrain from mentioning this time around any desire to do cartwheels over this news (like I did last time) for fear of a lynching by rabid GyllenSpoon fans … this time around, I’ll just say that some relationships are just not meant to be and I wish them both a lifetime of happiness from here on out. Contrary to what some may believe, I do feel it is sad when a couple breaks up but if the split is amicable (as this report suggests) and the “love” just fizzles out … well … I guess it’s for the best that the couple stop pretending.
