Robert Pattinson’s ‘Vanity Fair’ Magazine Outtakes
Last week we got our first look at Robert Pattinson on the cover and in the pages of Vanity Fair magazine and at the the time, got an eyeful of amazing photos of R. Pattz shot by famed photographer Bruce Weber. Today we get to check out another eyeful of Weber photos as VF unleashes a big ol’ batch of outtake photos from Rob’s photospread:
As Twilight’s reluctant bloodsucker, Vanity Fair’s December cover star has made teenage girls (and their mothers) swoon. To accompany Evgenia Peretz’s profile, which addresses Pattinson’s relationship with co-star Kristen Stewart and Hollywood’s doubts about casting him as Edward Cullen, VF.com presents the second of five slide shows featuring outtakes from his epic session with photographer Bruce Weber.
Yeah, yeah … we read excerpts from the interview last week and, most likely, many of you already have this magazine in your possession. So let’s get to the outtakes, shall we? Check ‘em out after the jump …
LOL … these photos are SOOOOO dramatic. The piano pics? C’mon … hilarious. While many of these pics are kinda sorta a’ight, I guess I expect a little more from Bruce Weber. After all, he is the photographer that kinda sorta got the Abercrombie & Fitch catalog yanked from publication for photographing nude models in compromising positions … why couldn’t he have used some of that flair in these photos?

i, too, love the bib one. it’s so grungy kennedy-esque. i must say that my fave is the colored one next to the b&w, with his button un-done. yes, please!

That first picture of him under a blanket is not attractive. He looks like he tooted and wants you to come and smell it. The other pictures are perfecto!!!

I like the outtakes better than the posed shots. He has a natural appeal that doesn’t come through in most photo sessions.

I LOVE the lobster bib one. Partly cause I like that sweater on him (even though its very NOT him) and partly cause i think its hsyterical with the bib. so awesome.

At first glance I love the piano one and then I’m like, “WTF? Who would put a gorgeous, expensive piano like that in the most humid location ever and sink it into soft ground?” unless it’s a Baldwin of course…then I’m fine with it.

oh yes the lobster bib one is definitely my favorite. It has that East Coast/ New Englandesque feel to it… very Kennedy in a way. We’re gonna Americanize that boy yet! Oy! TEAM ROB!

So much brooding and smoking, it makes my lungs and soul hurt just looking at those pics! lol I’m more into the “I’m a normal human being with occassional happy moments” lobster bib and beer shot.

I love him, he is gorgeous but he always looks really silly in those kinds of posed shots, that’s just not who he is.
I’m sure he looks at the pictures afterwards and thinks “soooo embrarrassing!” and “my mates at the pub are going to make sooo much fun of me!”

He is so beautiful. I would have liked to see him in jeans and a t-shirt rather than the “posed” look that some these VF photos have. Not complaining just that some of the clothes in the shoot don’t reflect the real Rob, beyond his model good looks.
