‘Prince Of Persia: The Sands Of Time’ Releases First Movie Trailer
Back in May we got our first look at behind the scenes video, in July we got our first look at the official promo photo as well as the first movie posters and in September we saw the Lego version … but today, we get our FIRST LOOK at the new movie trailer for the new action/adventure film Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time which stars the very hawt Jake Gyllenhaal:
As y’all should be well aware by now, Jakey poo will portray Prince Dastan who is the protagonist of the Prince of Persia video game series (which this movie is based on). Two important things … first, Jake Gyllenhaal will be shirtless in much of the film … second, he will be speaking with a British accent. Yeah, sometimes you gotta take the good with the bad. Right off the bat, I have to say that I like the special effects … but I want more action. It looks like this romantic subplot is going to be featured heavily … which is only a good thing if the romanticness leads to shirtlessness. HMMM. What do y’all think … are you impressed with this movie trailer?

This looks kinda meh to me. In spite of the shirtless hawtness (To quote a Cordelia: Hello salty goodness!) I am way more looking forward to his movie with Natalie Portman and Tobey Maguire – Brothers. It looks amazing.

Jerry Bruckheimer movies all look like Jerry Bruckheimer movies. I don’t mean that in a bad way at all it just seems they all have the same kind of look? I don’t know how to put it into words. Even the CSI’s look like Bruckheimers. Anyways, this looks goodish. It might be better than what we all think. The first Pirate movie looked kind of blah to me but holy crap I loved it so much once I saw it.

The Prince of Persia game series has been my favorite, pretty much since I could pick up a game controller, but even with Jake Gyllenhaal I’m not so sure about this. I’ll go see it though and hope it is good.

im a huuuge fan of the games as well…although i was a little worried with the casting choice, jake seems to be doin better than i thought he would…im seeing a huge disney/pirates of the carribean/money making franchise twist to it…which i dont will exactly work…i hope they stay true to his character
