Mariah Carey has been hard at work filming a music video for her new single H.A.T.E.U. from her new album Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel and was spotted frolicking on a beach in Malibu, CA this week shooting scenes for the vid. Unfortch, Mimi was snapped in a few unflattering poses while she filmed … poses she prolly doesn’t want included in the music video’s final cut:
Mariah Carey is clearly feeling confident with her hourglass curves. The 40-year-old flaunted her figure in a revealing satin swimsuit with plunging neckline as she frolicked on the beach during a video shoot yesterday. But it appeared the clingy costume didn’t prove quite enough support for her famously ample cleavage. As she ran around the beach posing and singing for the promo, she narrowly avoided a wardrobe malfunction as her breasts came dangerous close to falling out of her skimpy beachwear. She also changed into a better-fitting white swimsuit with cut-out sides which complemented her honey tan. Mariah was shooting the video for her third single release H.A.T.E.U, which is due for release in the new year. With her new album Memoirs Of An Imperfect Angel riding high in the charts and her personal life better than ever, Mariah is feeling more confident and happier than ever before.
Um … yeah, the pose is really not a good one … but to be honest, I love Mariah‘s new curves. I’m happy to see that she is confident with the way she looks and is proud to show off her curvy figure … it would just behoove her muchly if she didn’t look like she was popping a squat on the beach. Eep! I didn’t realize she’d put on this much weight! She looks great no matter what but woooowwwzas. It’s easy to pack on the pounds when you fall in love…..don’t I know it! le siiiggghhh.
Why is it such a common thought that when you are in love you put on weight!?!? Ladies, your guy fell for you thin, and as much as he says you still look great, trust me hes pining for the days before you packed on the pounds! What ever happened to looking good for your man… or better yet, for yourself?
It is absolutely TERRIFYING how many people here are calling her big. Big, really? Try average sized. She looks normal, and I hope an airbrush team DOESN’T ‘solve’ this, it would be nice to see some women who actually look like women and not mannequins.
she looks alright standing. it’s just squatting and the last picture… not so much. her posture and the angle the pics were taken makes a lot of difference. i think the video will look much better than the still shots.

Anyone looks like that when they’re not posing … I hate the way the media purposely picks out photos of females that are ‘unflattering’.
Mariah was a twig at the beginning of her career – to imply that she should still be a twig (20 years later) is twisted and dangerous.
She has gained too much weight. She is looking too thick for that thin bathing suit.
