According to wikipedia Bristol got her high school diploma on May 14, 2009. Levi did not graduate from high school (also according to wikipedia).

In any case, he has the legal right to get joint custody and I hope the judge rules in the best interests of Tripp.

I love your blog… but why do you keep talking about Levi Johnston? Sarah Palin’s daughter didn’t have a choice getting drawn into the media and it is really a really sad situation. Imagine being a teenager mother and the guy you loved and the father of your child is going around talking like this (and posing naked). I feel horrible for her and do not think we should be giving Levi any more publicity!

It doesn’t take much to become a ‘celebrity’ these days Levi. Look at Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, Paris Hilton, Jon and Kate Gosselin….All you need a bit of notoriety by your willingness to exploit your body, your general douchiness, and your child. You have all of those things down. I’d say I hope he goes away soon, but unfortunately we still have to deal with the idiots I named above. Sigh.

I don’t think it’s his choice to pose nude necessarily that makes his decision to fight for custody idiotic, it’s that fact that he is no doubt going to turn the battle into a big circus as demonstrated by his inability to shut the hell up. Stop talking smack about your son’s grandmother. Yeah, she sucks. We know that already. I think some of us were actually following the Presidential race last year. If anything you should be thanking her, for your *crossing fingers* 15 minutes of fame, because if it weren’t for her no one would know or care who the hell you are.

I think y’all have more against Sarah Palin than you do for Levi. He only wants his son to extend his 15 minutes. If the Petersons rather than the Palins were involved he’s most likely abandon the child. Remember, Palin’s got a book coming out and it’s going to be huge ($$$ – ps I’m not buying the book). So having joint custody of the son equals him getting some of the funds. He doesn’t care about his son. Only the money and fame attached to .

And I’m pro-choice and did not vote for McCain Pailn last year. But I am disgusted on how much people hate her becuase her views are different. She’s no longer a political threat and Obama’s in office. Lighten up already

While I’m no fan of Levi I do feel a little bit sorry for him. I mean the Palins basically threw him into a shotgun engagment when it was reveiled that Bristol was pregnant, then when he was no longer needed to keep up appearances they shoved him out of his own childs life. It’s sad to think of children raining children, but when you get down to it custody is about the ability to raise a child and should be based on just the mother and father, not extended families. In that case how would Bristol be considered more fit? She’s a highschool dropout with no job living with her parents. At least Levi is bringing in some income even if he’s getting it for showing it.I just hope that when the whole court thing goes down that they get an unbiased judge that looks at the facts on all sides. After all, Sarah Palin has been known to use her connections in devious ways in the past.(wasn’t there something about hving her ex-Brother-in-law fired or something?)

This young bloke is certainly milking his 15 minutes. I just saw him on E News (or one of those shows) where a realtor was showing him through some houses. It was cringeworthy….he certainly isn’t the smartest knife in the drawer. And he says “ain’t”. Do people really still talk like that? I guess if you need a quick buck, then getting your gear off is the way. At least he’ll be able to afford a house for his son should he get shared custody of him, which he is rightfully entitled to. I just hope he realises that this “fame” won’t last and he’ll need a job to keep up the lifestyle he’s hungering for.

he probably has more money than the child’s mother considering he works and i doubt she does. no matter how conservative the judge is, that and his fitness as a parent is what should be considered and not whether or not he’s posed nude.

I think custody battles can get so nasty. I don’t think that him posing for Playboy has any bearing on how good of a father he is, but people can be very judgemental in society. This may not help Levi at all. Wear condoms if you’re gonna have sex is the bottom line, lol!!

I am sad. Has everyone forgot about Veteren’s Day?? My dad, and thousands of other soldiers, men and women, retired and active, have fought for our country. With the shooting in my hometown base of Ft. Hood, that happened just a few days ago, i thought that more people would at least acknowledge this day, in honor of all these brave men and women who have fought, as well as those who have lost there lives. I’m sorry Trent, i am not mad at you, and i did mean to use this post as a platform. I just think we should all acknowledge this day. Even if people don’t agree with war, it does not change the fact that we still have our fellow americans that are involved in it. Have a great day everyone, and at least take a little time out today to think about those who have and are a long way from home missing their families.
