I new it was only a matter of time before Nicolas Cage went bust when I took a boat tour around Balboa Island a couple years ago. Among the homes we saw was Cage’s. Big beast of a house, huge yacht docked out front. The tour guide said he’s had the house and boat for years and had yet to use either. What a waste of money.
