… which I think it supposed to be sexy but looks kinda not. I like Leighton when she looks toned down in photoshoots, particulary because she is always so overstyled on GG. No, no, no … the only pic of this entire batch that I like is the last one. Leighton is a beautiful girl … but with photoshoots like this, less is more. There’s a reason beehive hair-dos went out of style.

i have the exact opposite view. she always has tons of makeup on and her hair is always flat in photo shoots. i’m glad they did the retro thing because it’s one of the only times i’ve seen her with the perfect makeup. loves it! :)

i agree on the hair. it doesn’t really suit her. actually, she really doesn’t look much like herself in this photoshoot. or is it just me? i think her face just looks… different. but maybe the hair is affecting it.
the whole photoshoot just looks kind of cheap, boring, and tacky to me…
you have to admit, the bone structure of her face in the last b&w photos is beautiful.. her and rose byrne, they both really suit the tousled hair, glamour-nude makeup..

I’m with you, Trent. I don’t think this look suits her at all. Some people can pull it off, but she looks better in a younger, more modern look!
Those first two pictures (and the cover) look like 80′s Glamour Shots.
I honestly do not know who this gal is although I see her name around a lot, but I find her name irritating. Leighton isn’t bad but if my last name was Meester I’d come up with something less reminiscent of words like “Mousketeer.”
