Kristin Cavallari Gets Expressive For ‘The Hills’
Here are a few photos of Kristin Cavallari, the HBIC on The Hills, filming new scenes for the show here in LA yesterday afternoon … as you can clearly see from the numerous and varied expressions on her face, KC was totes tryin’ to show off a range of emotions in this very compelling scene:
You know, I’ve gotta say … as much as I was very much looking forward to this new season of The Hills with Kristin Cav as the main protagonist, the season has been a complete and total snoozefest. Not only are the contrived storylines not compelling but I can’t even talk myself into believing that any of the castmembers give two shits about being on the show. They barely phone in their performances. I can’t even think of one storyline this season that has held my attention for more than a fleeting second. It sucks cuz I really love KC a lot. I’ll keep watching The Hills mainly cuz I’m a creature of habit but … I’m so beyond over the whole show. I will say this for KC, tho, she’s got great hair … at least she’s got that going for her.
OH and a local SoCal TV station (KDOC) here plays old eps of Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County and I’ve been DVRing and watching them all over again … now that was some good TV. Sigh.

But viewership is way down! I think the premiere only had like, 1.8 million viewers and it has gone down ever since. Everyone including myself thought it was going to give the show a boost but apparently people don’t like KC as much as Lauren. Lauren FTW!!!

I never saw Kristin on Laguna Beach so I was kind of looking forward to seeing her on The Hills. I watched for about 3 episodes and quit because it was so boring. Looks like LC is getting the last laugh. I agree, though, Kristin is gorgeous and she has amazing hair.

@jamie — To be fair, the show’s suckage isn’t really KC’s fault … the show has just run out of steam, no one could make the show better. LC’s last 2 seasons were just as boring.

ahhh I am watching out of habit like you too! I have been for a couple years…I am so bored but I have to see what plays out haha.

@Trent True, I’m not trying to diss Kristin. But once LC left their viewership dropped by about 1/3 so that can’t be all coincidence.

I’m actually really liking The City right now, it’s improved alot since season 1, and yes it feels just as fake as The Hills but the storylines are much better. Plus I love Whitney.. and that power bitch Olivia too ;)

Only KC fans would defend her & say the drop in ratings isn’t her fault – Trent you’re usually more un-biased than that…shame on you.
The plotlines have always been contrived but LC had a more interesting day to day life. KC doesn’t even go to work (even if it’s fake work?!).
She sucks, admit it. Worst.Actress.Ever.
The show sucks and like @jamie says, LC is getting the last laugh.

Omg I agree. This season blows so hard. I DVR it and usually end up fast forwarding because it is soooo boring. Spencer makes me laugh sometimes though.

The problem is…These people were/are Lauren’s ACTUAL friends. You can’t even bother with this anymore. Kristen magically is now in all of their lives…Give me a fucking break. I agree with Trent, none of them even care to pretend even anymore…It doesn’t have that heart that LC brought to the show.

And too bad that majority of that hair isn’t hers… boo! They need to end it soon, or else it will become about of nearly 30 year olds trying to figure out why doing the same thing over and over doesn’t get them any further than they were before. Plus they’ll run out of people in there circle to date and I don’t think I can bare the idea of a Hedi, Spencer and Stephanie love triangle.

Everybody keeps saying how pretty her hair is ummmm, hello! Its a weave its just as fake as her acting on the hills. Watch old episodes of The Hills with lauren it doesn’t even compare. Lauren was way more interesting!. It just seems so fake and scripted now.
