Congratulations are in order for hottie actor Johnny Depp who has just been named the Sexiest Man Alive by People magazine. As you may be aware, Depp also just became the highest paid actor ever after securing a $33 million paycheck to appear in Pirates of the Caribbean 4 … so needless to say, he is having a good week. Here is Johnny on the cover of the new issue of People magazine which pays tribute to Hollywood’s sexiest men:

Considering how sexy Johnny really is, I’m surprised this is the photo that People decided to use for their cover … they deffo could’ve found a sexier photo, don’t you think? As you may recall, People selected Hugh Jackman as the Sexiest Man Alive last year … but there are 109 other sexy men who made the cut this year along with Johnny. Not that it’s a very difficult task but People really does a great job of picking out the sexiest of the sexy. I mean, Jerry O’Connell in the speedo is proof positive ;) I’m also glad to see some of my faves — David Beckham, Jake Gyllenhaal, Ryan Reynolds and the Glee guys — also made the cut.
