Lil’ Kim made a grand arrival at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Berlin, Germany ahead of the 2009 MTV Europe Awards (which is taking place today) but she was lookin’ a lot more like a lost member of the Jackson family rather than her usual self:

I mean, you can see how she might easily be confused for La Toya Jackson in this outfit … and mebbe that was the goal. HMMM … if I were La Toya, I’d watch my back. I find it hard to believe that anyone would dress this tacky unless they were up to some heinous no good. I mean … right? Would someone actually go out in public dressed like this … on purpose?
