‘SAW VI’ Premieres In Hollywood
Here comes another one

If it’s Hallowe’en, then it’s time for a new SAW movie … this year, we get the sixth SAW movie … whether you like it or not. Here is a photo of the SAW star Tobin Bell from the LA premiere of SAW VI which was held at the Mann Chinese 6 theater in Hollywood, CA last night:

The only other folks in attendance at last night’s screening event were actors who will be slaughtered in the film … you won’t know their names before you see the movie and you won’t know their names after you see the movie. In all honesty, I said that I was pretty much done with the SAW series after I saw part V last year … I really think I’m gonna take a pass on this latest installment. I totally get that they want to run with this franchise for as long as they can but … I’m over it. It was a fun/gross series while it lasted but it lost my interest ages ago. I’m out. How about y’all … are there still SAW fans out there who are excited to see this new installment?

  2. CHASE says:

Heck no! These movies are so annoying. I mean, every year? C’mon now. The first one was brilliant and the second one was OK but then they tried to be all hardcore and what not. These movies aren’t scary because they rely on gore. Gore isn’t scary but just…icky. No thanks! Hopefully this bombs at the boxoffice. ; )

  3. Whitney says:

I think these movies are kinda lame…I don’t really get the appeal….

  4. Anna says:

They keep coming because they are cheap to make and bring in A TON of money. So I don’t blame them for keep making them. It’s a formula that works and there will always be people to watch them. I’m not a horror/gore person at all.

  5. Mr. Gyllenhaal says:

The last SAW movie was HORRIBLE stupid! I have no intention of seeing this movie! I am sure it is going to be a snooze fest and total waste of my 10 dollars!

I’ll probably catch a matinee at some point, but I won’t rush out to see it.

  7. jo says:

I’m still a fan only because I’ve only seen the first 3 and those are all pretty good! But yeah, I’m sure I’ll be totally over it too once I catch up with 4-6.

  8. nicole says:

  9. Lisa says:

I have liked most of the saw franchise although i think they lost it after the 3rd one if not sooner. i will wait for this one to come out on DVD and rent it.

If Saw VI is too much for ya ur really not gonna like Saw VII and Saw VIII in 2010 and 2011 respectively. I’m with ya tho, I’m totally over the Saw franchise!

  11. Brittny Doll says:

I think Saw fans simply feel like suckers, like myself, I’ve seen everyone and I even do the movie 1-5 thing before seeing the next to refresh my mind. I guess at best to start telling them it’s just going to have to stop is boycott at the box office.

had nothing to do and begrudgingly went to see it. I actually liked it alot – won’t spoil it, but there’s a very smart and honest truth about a legal scam that most of us suffer from if were lucky enough to have it.

  13. Kat says:

I loved the first two. The third one was ok, and then it just keep getting worse. However, in all honesty, I will watch this one. I watch it just because I am curious to see what it is about. I totally see why they keep making them, and I would do the same. Plus I adore Tobin Bell, he is adorable, lol.

  14. Piper says:

I’m still a firm believer that they eventually tie up all loose ends. And if they do, you have to admit that would make this the best film franchise EVER. As of now… kind of a disappointment… but just you wait!! Haha. The first and second will always be the best. :)

  15. Piper says:

Oh and I love Tobin Bell too! Haha, Kat, he IS adorable!

  16. Ama says:

Don’t these movies all have the same theme? Like some psycho guy calls a group of people to one place and kills them off one at a time? XD I dunno. I’ve only watched about twenty minutes of one of these movies, and I got bored with it. Gore really isn’t my thing, it isn’t scary. Its more disgusting then frightening.

    Hm, I’m sure my brothers will be going to see this. So I’ll just ask them how it is ^^;

  17. April says:

It’s Halloween people…..time for horror movies, costumes and parties all around. We don’t go see the Saw movies looking for excellence in film making, we go to see if they can still find ways to make our skin crawl and gross us out and that, they certainly do.

  18. Catherine says:

Even the first one was terrible!

  19. Alicia says:

Sorry, they lost me after the third one. I LOVED the first one, it was great. the second was good. the third……not so much. I too understand the whole “make money as long as you can”, but man. When people are still going to see Saw 37…..I will not (please tell me they are not going to make that many!). LOL

  20. p says:

LOVE these movies, although 5 was crap I know. I love all the gore and gross stuff, it doesn’t need to be scary. I just cant wait to see the new inventions they come up with to torture people.
