Lindsay Lohan, who has been spending some time shopping around NYC this week, has been ordered by the judge overseeing her drunk driving case from a couple of years ago to appear before the bench in open court tomorrow so that her progress in her ordered alcohol education program can be assessed. Here is a photo of Lindsay shopping at Dior in NYC this week … but will she deign to return to SoCal to make her court date tomorrow?
TMZ has learned the judge in Lindsay Lohan’s DUI case is so concerned about the famous defendant, she’s ordered her to appear personally tomorrow for her progress report. Sources tell TMZ the judge has received information from the people who run the alcohol education program that triggered concern. Typically in a misdemeanor case like this the defendant would not have to appear. Not so with Lindsay. We’ll be there tomorrow. Stay tuned.
Might someone have tipped off the judge of Lindsay’s partying ways? That’s what it sounds like … I guess we’ll have to wait and see if she will show up in court to answer the judge’s questions or not. My money says she will skip it/postpone her court appearance. What do y’all think?

Having worked in the legal system, I know Blowhan and her attorneys had plenty of notice for this hearing. But spoiled, narcissistic Blowhole is too special to be bothered with trifles like probation.
This illustrates the deplorable condition of Justice in the U.S.A. The State of California is releasing tens of thousands of convicted felons, yet still victimizes a young startlet. Miss Lohan is at the top of her career and will dazzle the Court in an off-the-shoulder bed sheet and stilettos.
I think she looks awesome in this picture, which is strange because I usually think she looks like a half-drowned mangy feral cat.

I hope they send her to some court-ordered in-patient rehab so she can get her act together. I think she has so much potential, but she’s like a stray cat, no one to look after her (looking at you — Mikey and Dina), so perhaps the courts need to step in to save her from herself.

My bet is that her attorney will reschedule or postpone the court appearance. That picture of her does not look like her at all.
