I LOVE Lauren. She is definitely one of the good girls and a class act all the way. I find it funny that everyone keeps saying she is boring and not dramatic and yet (except for the last two seasons when she started to pull back from things – a smart move IMHO actually) her run on The Hills was THE MOST DRAMATIC and excitiing. It’s what made The Hills a hit! Watching LC at school, work and in her glamorous social life was addictive and there was no shortage of drama (‘YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DID!!”, anyone???). Watching the other Hills cast members hold on to their quickly fleeting fame and Kristin desperately trying to – for the second time – come in at the 11th hour to grab her share of the limelight garnered by someone else is pathetic and no wonder this season of the show is the worst rated ever. The Hills is nothing without Lauren. I wish her all the best. Thanks for the good times LC! TV was so much fun with you on it!

i hope no one takes her quote “in fact, i was just doing lines…” out of context, that would be crazy hahaha. but i love me some Lauren Conrad! It’s funny how paparazzi still try to get her to say stuff about kristin, like they’re still enemies or something. i mean, for real, who stays mad at their HIGH SCHOOL enemy? lol. she has such a good head on her shoulders.

I agree with you Trent – she is one of the good kids & it’s nice to see someone rise above the reality show biz and really make something out of their life & mature. Not like the Real World/Road Rulers that keep competing in those sad challenges til they’re like in their 40′s!!!! Good to see someone move on. (ok yeah and I admit, I sometimes watch those cheesey challenges!) LOL

I really hate the whole “pulling hair back skin tight” hair look. I really do love Lauren Conrad. The reason why I like her so much is because she isn’t all that drama and if a person really has THAT much drama in their life like the people on the ‘The Hills’ then they have a huge problem with socializing with people in general. I think her movie will be a success because like Mr. Gyllenhaal said, she has a huge fan base of girls whom look up to her and everyone thought her book would be a huge fail but it’s been on the New York Best Sellers list for 14 weeks now. It’s quite amazing, actually.

I bet she is laughing her ass off that this season premier of the Hills was the worst in the shows history:)!! I think the movie will do pretty good. She has a huge fan base. I really enjoy LC and so happy she is moving on. That is what you should do before the show jumps the shark (which it already did)!!
