Yesterday we got our first look at Seth Rogen on the set of The Green Hornet as The Green Hornet and today we get to see a few more photos from the SoCal set. Production filmed an exciting action sequence that required lots of cable-work … therefore, Seth and co-star Jay Chou sat by the sidelines while their able stuntmen took over for a while:

Unlike action superstar Tom Cruise who has no problem doing his own dangerous scenes in his movies, Seth seems content to let a stuntman take the risks for him. Shoot, I can’t say that I blame him one bit. Altho I’m not a Green Hornet fan (mainly because I’ve never seen/read/watched anything Green Hornet related before) I am very curious about this new film. As I’ve said before, I’m not sure that Seth Rogen is my perfect image of a superhero but if he plays it funny like Robert Downey, Jr. did in Iron Man, I think he may be able to pull it off. Time will tell … we’ll just have to see.

As I have said before on this blog, and being a huge comic book/movie fan, I AM NOT IMPRESSED! I am just NOT feeling this at all. However I won’t freak out and judge it too much just on the photos. I’ll wait for the trailor before I get too angry lol. And who knows, maybe if I go in thinking it will be bad, or with no expectations, it will actually turn out well!
Hmm I actually like the thought of a funny Green Hornet. But even if this one isn’t, I am a huge Seth fan, so I’ll watch.

He has my benefit of the doubt! Aside, Seth really slimmed down for the role.
o.m.g. why did I not realize that jay chou was in this film until now?!?! omg he’s like the King of Pop in the Asian music industry. He’s SO talented.
I don’t think he speaks much English though ><
its not jay chou, its RAIN, the pop singer from korea.

It’s actually spelled ‘Rogen’ not ‘Rogan’!
