One of my friends volunteered at the center, and there are so many people in need. One of the stories that really touched me was of the teens whose parents were so hateful to them at home that they didn't feel safe there. They would spend time at the Gay and Lesbian Center to be around people who accepted and supported them for who they really are, and to be in a safe enviornment. More power to this wonderful organization! (and those are some really amazing prizes!) This is such a good cause! One of my friends volunteered at the center, and there are so many people in need.
