Here are a few fun photos of Michael Jackson‘s eldest children Prince Michael Joseph and Paris Michael Katherine along with their nanny Grace Rwaramba, the illustrious Elizabeth Taylor and various Jackson cousins enjoying a night of fun at Universal Studios Horror Nights in Studio City, CA last night. I presume that Prince Michael Joseph, II aka Blanket was there last night as well but he is not featured in any of the photos … behold:

Not only is it great to see the kids spending time with Liz Taylor (who MJ loved dearly in life) but it’s pretty fantastic to see Liz out and about so soon after her recent hospitalization. That woman is amazing … so wonderful to see her out and about. Obvs, she did not ride any of the rides with the kiddies but she was there to share the night with them … something I’m sure MJ appreciated very much wherever in the ethos he is right now. MJ‘s kids may enjoy a happy Hallowe’en after all, despite their painful loss. It really looks like they have a great support system taking care of them … let’s just hope the exploitative people who have access to them are kept at bay. Don’t they all look great?

On Thursday we learned that Rihanna had announced the release date for her new album (which may or may not be titled The Wait Is Ova) as November 23 and today we get to see photos of Ri Ri on the NYC set of her new music video. Rihanna donned an eye patch and a slicked back hair’do for the shoot … behold:

Thus far there is NO information on the single or the album itself. It’s highly likely that the album will not be titled The Wait Is Ova but until we hear any concrete info, this is all we have to go on. I know a lot of people don’t like Rihanna‘s sense of style but I kinda love it. It’s different without being too showy and while it’s a bit avant garde, it’s not really over-the-top-desperate-for-attention … at least, IMHO. I think she looks cute … I am dying to hear the single. What do y’all think … excited or notsomuch?

Last night my friend Sergio, in town from Detroit this weekend, and I made our way to Club Nokia at LA Live in downtown LA last night to see KMFDM in concert. The German industrial band is currently on their Kein Mitleid Tour and not only was I lucky enough to attend but I was graciously set up with a photo pass so that I could snap some pics of the band rockin’ out on stage last night. Here are a few of the photos that I took last night:

I have been a huge fan of KMFDM for many, many years. They were effing incredible last night. For various reasons, I haven’t been able to see the band perform live for a few years so I was anxious to see them on stage again … I was not disappointed in the least. The new material was awesome but the classic tracks they performed were just KILLER! If you are a fan of KMFDM, this tour is not to be missed. Among my fave songs I got to hear last night was Megalomaniac, Light and Godlike and former KMFDM member Tim Skold came out to perform with the band for the encore! It was just AMAZING!! The band cares so dearly for their fans (Keiner Macht Fur Dich Mehr) … they are worth the devotion.

Quick story: I first saw the band live back in 1995 at Deep Ellum Live in Dallas, TX. There was a problem with the venue because the band had a strict policy about not marking up their t-shirts because they didn’t want to exploit their fans. They sold their shirts for $15 and Deep Ellum wanted to jack up the price to $25 … KMFDM vehemently refused and almost canceled the show. They decided not to sell any merch at the show at all and the concert went off as planned. At the end of the show, they announced that they would be selling merch at a record store down the street for the regular low prices and hung around to sign autographs and take photos with everyone who showed up. From that moment on, I was a devoted fan. I am so happy I was able to see the guys and Lucia live last night … the show was fantastic!! Click HERE to see all the pics I snapped last night.

Today … David and I are running a special errand (which I have to keep secret for another hour or so … watch my Twitter for the reveal) and then tonight we are going to the wedding of a couple of dear friends of ours. It’s going to be an amazingly fabulous day … I can’t wait to enjoy it :)

Earlier this week we learned that Entertainment Weekly magazine got an early look at the new concert/documentary film Michael Jackson’s This Is It and we got to hear about the film but didn’t really get to see anything new from it. Today we get to check out a whole slew of new promo pics from the film to get you even more excited for its release in just about a week’s time … behold:

While I still think this film is going to a spectacle to behold, I am starting to hear some negative things about the film. Some claim that the film has been hyped way too much to satisfy the eager audience. I’m hearing that Michael Jackson isn’t in the film as much as some would like and that stand-in performers are featured way too much. Until I am able to see the film for myself, I don’t know if any of this is true … but it really wouldn’t surprise me if the hype doesn’t match up with the reality of what’s presented in the film. That being said, I’m sure the MJ faithful will have nothing but praise for this look at MJ‘s final days. I guess we shall see.

Hot mama Courteney Cox-Arquette, who stars in the amazingly funny Cougar Town on ABC, was spotted filming new scenes for her show at the Will Rogers State Beach in the Pacific Palisades here in SoCal yesterday. Court was proudly showing off her sexy bikini bod … behold:

Damn … she does look great. I am not afraid to admit that I find Cougar Town riotously funny and I really hope it does well because I’d love to see this show on the air for years to come. There are so many great characters on the show and I find the writing to be very, very funny … I laugh out loud during every ep I’ve seen thus far. I really love the trashy ex-husband Bobby Cobb (played by Brian Van Holt) and the son Travis Cobb (played by Dan Byrd) is amazing, too. Here’s hopin’ that Courteney and her bangin’ bod will keep viewers tuning in … I really love this show!!

A few weeks ago we started hearing the rumors that Miley Cyrus would be appearing in the new sequel film Sex and the City 2, which is currently filming in NYC, NY and then we began hearing reports of what her appearance in the film would be like. Instead of a featured role, Miley would appear in a cameo appearance only (thank Gods). It turns out that those reports are true, here are the first photos of Miley on the set of SaTC2 filming her cameo appearance yesterday in NYC and the deets as reported of her cameo:

Although Miley Cyrus was only, um, 5 when Sex and the City debuted on HBO back in 1998, the teen is apparently a big fan and has landed herself a guest-starring role in the upcoming movie sequel. The 16-year-old Disney darling, who recently wrapped on the film The Last Song, is now confirmed to appear in the sure-to-be-a-hit flick. Don’t look for Miley to take on a big role a la Jennifer Hudson’s personal assistant character in the first movie. She’ll instead be making a cameo as herself and will have a big showdown with Kim Cattrall’s Samantha when they show up wearing the same dress to an event (horror!), says a report. In the script, Mario Cantone’s character, Anthony, reportedly says: “Mother of God. She is wearing the same dress as Hannah Montana.” Miley — who’s not expected to utter any lines in the film — is expected to shoot her scene on Oct. 16.

Blech. I, personally, think this is horrid idea but at least it’s only a cameo appearance … it could’ve been MUCH worse. As I recall, Miley famously started blabbing to media outlets that she was a big fan of Sex and the City when it aired on TV … which would mean she was a pre-pubescent girl who’s parents let her watch an adult television series that talked in a very frank manner about all manners of sexual escapades … none of which should be at all surprising considering the way the Cyrus family have raised their little meal ticket. But I digress … it would appear that Miley‘s blabbing inspired the filmmakers to put her in the film … the little minx is pretty smart, don’t you think? Last week we got our first look at Marge Simpson, the big mama on the long-running animated series The Simpsons, on the cover of the new issue of Playboy magazine and earlier this week we got to read a few excerpts from her Playboy interview and we got our first look at one of the photos from her pictorial. Today we get to check out another photo from her pictorial and her Playboy Model Data Sheet. Despite the fact that Marge is appearing in Playboy magazine, you can imagine my surprise when I saw that one of her photos clearly shows her bared breasts!

To be completely honest, I expected that Marge would be posing in risqué photos but I did NOT expect that any of her special parts would be exposed in the mag. I never knew she had it in her. About a month ago we learned the happy news that Sarah Michelle Gellar and hubby Freddie Prinze, Jr. welcomed the birth of their first child, a little girl they named Charlotte Grace, and today we get to see mama SMG out and about for the first time since giving birth. Here are the first pics of SMG showing off her rockin’ post-baby bod in Beverly Hills, CA yesterday:

After a month of devoting doting on her newborn baby girl, it seems that SMG was ready for some pamperin’ … she and a friend spent the afternoon at a nail salon gettin’ all purdied up. It must be said that SMG looks AMAZING in these photos. She really bounced back and got her tiny figure back very quickly … and helloooooo shoes. Hot. I don’t know that SMG and FPJ are ready to show off little Charlotte Grace but I do hope they give us our first peek soon … I can’t wait to see what the little darling looks like.
