Okay, you’re gonna have to take my word on this … it really is Pete Wentz. Petey was in a fun mood on the red carpet at the VMAs this past Sunday … as I mentioned before, he was answering questions posed to him in foreign languages. Methinks this new look is another example of his cheeky mood. I dunno … it’s a good look, no?
