Sarah Jessica Parker Is All Dressed Up On The Set Of ‘Sex And The City 2’
Here are a couple of cute pics of actress Sarah Jessica Parker all dolled up in a pretty green dress earlier today on the NYC set of the sequel film Sex and the City 2 which has been filming around Manhattan for the past couple of weeks:
Clearly, SJP’s character Carrie Bradshaw is all glammed up for an extra special event … BUT I have two more photos to share that are DEFINITELY MAYBE storyline spoilers for SaTC 2. I will tease that Kim Cattrall features in the next set of photos but YOU DO NOT WANT TO SEE THEM if you don’t want to risk having the SaTC 2 storyline spoiled. WTF?! Kim Cattrall’s character Samantha Jones is wearing … a wedding dress???
Now, just because Samantha is wearing a wedding dress does not necessarily mean that she is actually getting married. As y’all are well aware, the SaTC 2 cast have been filming dream/fantasy/flashback sequences lately and this could just be another dream/fantasy/flashback sequence. After all, when they filmed the first SaTC movie a couple of years ago they NEVER filmed any spoilery scenes in plain public view. I’m of the mind that this is merely a dream/fantasy/flashback sequence and Samantha is not going to get married in this sequel film … but don’t quote me on that. I suppose anything can happen this early in the film’s production. What do y’all think … will Samantha Jones really be walking down the aisle in Sex and the City 2?

what do you mean “they NEVER filmed any spoilery scenes in plain public view”?! uh… how about the wedding scene where carrie throws the flowers at big and storms off? i’d call that a plotline spoiler haha

@Devin — Where there paparrazi shots of that scene? I don’t remember if there were … when I saw the movie that was a plot development that I was previously unaware of before the movie opened.

I thought maybe you posted them on here? Maybe not, but I definitely saw them (Carrie in a wedding dress hitting big) somewhere before the movie came out. I also remember you posting a picture of a pregnant Charlotte.

Yes, I remember those shots, too. I don’t understand why the production lacks to cover any spoilers. I mean, of course we don’t know what’s going to happen but still! They could do a lot better if they wanted to such as throw the paparazzi off, production sets, walls, etc. BOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Her dress is gorgeous! I don’t mind seeing these types of spoiler pics before the movie. I’ll still enjoy watching it all come together and play out in the finished film.

I remember seeing the pictures of the wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses but I don’t recall seeing one of Carrie hitting John with her flowers. Well not on this website anyway…..

There were tons of scenes filmed in public view. When Carrie was in her wedding dress and the girls were in their brides maid dresses and they all filled into the limo.

I remember seeing Carrie in a wedding dress before the movie and it being explained away as a “dream” sequence. I even thought up until 5 minutes after the wedding scene “Nope, this is just a dream sequence.” So yeah.

I agree with Kate, hopefully Carrie’s look is a 90s flashback because I am really not feeling it or her frizzy ponytail either… while a wedding may not be Samantha’s character she looks absolutely gorgeous! I am incredibly jealous

One of my friends is working on the set and she has not heard much either.

@PoshLady- Really? I think she looks like a hag! They should really dress her in things suitable for her age, because I know twenty-somethings that would think that dress is too young! I’m praying that these flashback scenes are enhanced a little in post-production, because there is no way that any of them look younger than 40s/50s!

SJP does not look amazing at all in that dress. Her face looks haggard and gross. Her hair is awful and frizzy. She has man hands. I’m sorry but she really is not that good looking. She can be okay looking, but in general looks kind of worn out.
Also, her dress is not age appropriate. You can dress your age and not look utterly ridiculous. 50 year olds should not dress the same as 15 year olds. It just looks stupid and everyone laughs behind your back when you do it because it looks so awful.
