Now that Sex and the City 2 is back in production on the public streets of NYC, NY, Sarah Jessica Parker is back on the scene in a semi-regular way again these days … here are pics of her fabulousness strolling the streets of NYC this weekend as well as a photo of her beautiful newborn baby twin daughters, Marion Loretta and Tabitha Hodge, doing the same NYC strolling — the only thing is that they were not strolling together:

SJP was out and about — sans wedding ring, I might add — with a friend this weekend while her newborn daughters were out for a stroll with their nanny. I believe this is the first time we’ve seen the little darlings since SJP and hubby Matthew Broderick released that photo of the happy family (with son James Wilke) back in June. They are little dolls, aren’t they? I’m not sure if we’ll be seeing any photos of the girls with their mother any time soon considering her new shooting schedule but any glimpse of them is welcome in my book.

I like what she’s wearing, and you’re right, the twins are cute!

I’m sorry but I can’t stand her hair. It always looks dirty and not brushed. Even her character in SATC has the same hair style or whatever. It makes her look older than she already is in my opinion.
see the whole wedding ring thing gets me, because a lot of celebs that are married “happily” or are just plain married won’t wear their ring out in public for whatever reason.there might be the fear of being mugged and losing the ring. jay z and bey don’t wear their rings in public either and she has TWO rings from him. one that is said to be for her to wear out. it’s like a game with celebs “I’m not going to wear my ring out, let’s see if anyone notices”. I hope she’s just in the fear of getting mugged group and not the I’m splittng up crowd. I like her and Matthew together.
@dana: My mom doesn’t wear her wedding band. Because she lost a lot of weight due to an illness a few years ago aand her ring was too big. It may fit again now, but it’s been so long since she wore it that she just hasn’t tried. My dad may not wear his anymore either, but I’m not totally sure about that.
And if my partner and I decide to get married one day, I don’t think he’ll wear one, and I’m fine with it. Some people just don’t want to wear rings.
@ tracie: never thought about that before. I know there is a couple where I live that wear a pendant around their necks and use that a symbol of the marriage, just so few people do that. if this is the case, why don’t celebs just say I don’t like rings and we have our our way of symbolizing our marriage so reporters (not you trent, but sites that start rumors and whatnot) don’t go around instigating things?
I’m sorry to be naggy, but I noticed you like to use the phrase ‘in production’ a lot lately but you’re using it wrong. ‘In production’ doesn’t mean that filming has begun on a movie but rather the production, which usually starts MONTHS before filming.
@Yoka — When I say “in production” I mean, in the process of being produced … a range that extends from pre-production to final editing of a film.
@dana: a bit late, so no idea if you will see this, my mother can’t wear necklaces, anything around her neck causes serious skin irritation. I don’t think anyone should wear any sort of symbol if they don’t want to. I personally would, just because I like jewelry, but I know from experience that not everyone can or wants to wear it.
I don’t really care about the rings, my dad never wears one because of his job and because of the way his skin reacts to it.
What I do have an issue with, however, is celebrity parents never spending time with their children. And newbord babies specifically. They aren’t an accessory or a play-thing. Gosh it makes me so mad that some celebs never spend time with their children.
