Megan Fox Does ‘Wonderland’ Magazine
Megan Fox, who can be seen in the upcoming teen horror thriller Jennifer’s Body later on this month, is featured on the cover and in the pages of Wonderland magazine. Apparently celebrating it’s 4th anniversary, Wonderland chose Ms. Fox to grace it’s anniversary issue … behold:
In a new interview this week, Megan Fox admitted she had huge insecurities about her stunning looks, claiming she doesn’t ‘like being seen’. But despite her protests, it sure looked like the 23-year-old is comfortable with her looks and in front of a camera as she strikes a series of sexy poses for a new magazine shoot. In the pictorial for British magazine Wonderland, Megan embraces the fashions of the Eighties for the desert shoot. In the sexy shots, taken by photographer Mariano Vivanco, Megan poses in a series of black outfits with her normally straight black hair curled in a wild perm. She seems to be fully aware of her sexuality as she shows off her fabulous figure in tight-fitting outfits and gives the camera a knowing look. Her sultry appearance contradicts an interview she gave to the American edition of Cosmopolitan magazine this month, in which she claimed she was ‘hysterically insecure’. She told the October issue of Cosmopolitan: ‘I’m very confident in how I project my personality. ‘But in terms of how I look, I’m completely, hysterically insecure. I’m self-loathing, introverted and neurotic. I don’t like being seen. I want to be invisible.’
LOL. You’ll pardon me if I don’t entirely believe that Megan Fox doesn’t like to be seen considering her career choice and the relish with which she seems to enjoy all the high profile benefits that come along with her chosen career. Hahahaha … I usually have a hard time with many of the things that come out of this girl’s mouth when she is interviewed but this time, yeah … LOL. She’s pretty, that’s for sure. I tend to like Megan Fox … but she deffo should be seen and not heard.

Yeah she’s pretty, but I’m tired of her. She says the stupidest things and usually poses w/ her tongue out. I hate how she tries to be provocative w/ her bisexuality comments but just sounds contrived.

Honestly, just because shes beautiful, doesnt mean she thinks so, she can have insecurities JUST like anybody else can.
Just because she has good looks and sex appeal, doesn’t make her a perfectly balanced individual.

She is pretty, but I am tired of her. I think the promotional tours for Transformers and her next film were a little bit too close together. I feel like I can’t escape her! Yawn.

I actually think she is hilarious! I believe that she might be insecure, mostly because of the fact that everyone in the world is staring at her, not because she doesn’t feel pretty. I think the amount of attention she receives can make anyone insecure and neurotic.

Yeah, I always enjoy her interviews actually. Hard to believe that she could be insecure, but it does seem like no matter how great a girl looks she can always find something to be insecure about. Especially at her age. I know I can be guilty of that too. (Not that I could even imagine being as hot as Megan Fox!) The invisible thing, though…. What? Still kind of love her though. And can’t wait for Jenifer’s Body!! Yes!

Sometimes, the prettier a person is, it brings out insecurites because they are never absolutely perfect. Like – her having the so-called “toe thumbs” or whatever it was..
When you’re so pretty, people like to pick out ANY kind of flaw… and you’re expected to ALWAYS be awesomely gorgeous.. Some of the most beautiful women are insecure about themselves and jealous of other beauties.
She’d be prettier to me if she just didn’t speak :)

i love this girl.
i mean some of the comments she makes you cant help but laugh. and of course shes a freakin beauty.
i think in a few years when she gets her feet planted, we’ll see a different side of her.

When I first saw the cover photo I instantly thought it looks nothing like her! I believe she contradicts herself in many ways but can be funny, sometimes. I really want to see Jennifer’s Body for some unknown reason. The script was good so hopefully it pans out the same way on screen! : )

Shes just humble, I mean she’s obviously not just volunteering this info, the interviewer is grilling her on how she handles the fact that she’s hanging in every teenage boy’s bedroom and that she’s extremely hot. Any response is pretty awkward, but she’s smart to air on the side of humility.

she just seems uneducated. i don’t know her background but i am guessing she doesn’t even have a high school diploma. she is pretty though.

@ladylou: Really? Because nothing you’ve said has indicated your education level is any higher than hers. You don’t seem dumb, but neither does she. I love on how various message boards people will criticize her intelligence while “tYPing Lyke this!1!!1″ (I’m not talking about you, but just other people in general).
She’s a very young actress, but for all the chatter about her stupidity, I’ve never once heard her misuse a word or say something mind numbingly stupid. She’s not Natalie Portman, but hey, most people aren’t. If you go to any public university across the country and really listen to other young adults speak, you’ll find that the majority of students are not really any more articulate than her. I think people are just intent on making her out to be an idiot, because she has a shallow image.

I don’t see why people hate her so much. Except for some reason this sort of ire always seems to be directed at hot girls who aren’t afraid to use their sexuality in an industry that exploits their sexuality whether they’re overt about as she is or not…wonder freakin’ why.
Personally, I think she’s entertaining as hell. She never gives a boring interview and she’s not afraid to tackle the verboten issue of sexual predators in Hollywood that prey on young starlets. But people will attack her no matter what she says and huff that, contrary to what she thinks, she doesn’t know what she’s doing or how she comes off (she does) or that it’s not working on the public (it is) and we “see right through her.”
And then we deny her the right to be a human being by saying she’s faking when she admits to be hyper insecure, when we know for a fact that that’s what Hollywood does to beautiful young actresses, no matter what sexpot image they project. Her looks are her job/life; she knows it, and takes advantage of it while being freaked out by it. It’s happened a million times before, but usually not this blatantly.

I think she just wants to give off a Marilyn Monroe vibe sometimes… like she wants people to think of her as humble and insecure but it doesn’t work.
