Jessica is in shock and denial. Its a terrible thing to see your loved one, (yes, a dog for many can be a loved one) attacked and taken by a coyote. Of course she is still looking for it in her mind she still has hope until she faces it. My heart goes out. Jessica is NOT stupid as some are saying. Just not facing the situation yet. Sad.
