Blink canceled their SARATOGA show, not NYC. just to correct that article. Upstate needs some recognition.
The show was still decent though, Weezer made up for it.

The WWF ad isn’t real. It was created by an ad agency trying to attain the WWF’s business (I would guess they didn’t get it…)

Also, I read all 3 pages of the MJ Burial place..it sounds SO cool. I bet he would have liked it.

that article about the WWF 9-11 campaign is weird…I’m not quite sure what they’re trying to advertise about WWF with that, but being from NYC its horrifying to look at. What sad is its not even a case of someone not realizing that their design may be interpreted as a 9-11 reference (like a generic plane and a generic city), but instead a flat out intentional depiction of it.

I REALLY don’t like baby bump speculation. Even for young women, the first trimester is a delicate time, and nature can be very cruel unexpectedly. If a woman is pregnant, it is up to her to decide when the best time is to share that information with strangers. I feel that baby bump speculation not only sends a terrible message to young girls (especially when it implies that very thin non-pregnant women like Jennifer Aniston or Nicole Kidman are fat and have a “bump”), but it also sets women up for unbearable pain if they suffer a miscarriage. Not everything should be for public consumption.
