Last week we saw many photos of Sarah Jessica Parker (Carrie Bradshaw) on the NYC set of the upcoming sequel film Sex and the City 2 and she was joined by Cynthia Nixon (Miranda Hobbes) and then Kim Cattrall (Samantha Jones). Kristin Davis was curiously absent from the first few days of filming SaTC 2 but she finally showed up on set earlier TODAY to film her first scenes with the girls … here are pics of the ladies filming a group hug/hello:
Squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! At last, all four Sex and the City ladies are together again for the sequel film. It is really fantastic seeing them all together again … they look great!! But, as usual, Cattrall‘s Samantha Jones character has to steal the spotlight. After the jump, check out a few photos of Kim Cattrall filming a funny scene for the movie …
She’s a spitfire, that Samantha Jones. I love seeing these photos from the set because the scenes they are filming are not too spoilery and, yet, they give just enough of that SaTC vibe to raise the excitement level for the film. It should go without saying that I’m SUPEREXCITED for this movie …
… however I’m gonna be able to wait until next May, I’ll never know. Woot!!

Yes, Sam is back! She is probably the best part of the show!! I think the pink is fitting for Charlotte!! YEAAAA!!

I hope Charlotte doesn’t do that squealing thing all through the movie again. Especially when they all meet up. I hated that!

I hope Charlotte has a more substantial plot in this film. She was just sort of in the background in the last movie as far as storyline goes. I love Samantha’s hair!

yeah, charlotte’s dress is FUG and miranda’s outfits usually always are…. here’s to hoping it’s the most poorly picked wardrobe piece for poor charlotte. :)
