Kingston James McGregor Is FIERCE!!!
Kingston James McGregor, the eldest child borne of Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale, was spotted on a shopping excursion with his grandmother in Beverly Hills, CA this weekend wearing an outfit that can be described as nothing less than FIERCE!!!!!!! From the sunnies, to the flamboyant cape, to the sassy pants, to the stylish thongs … homeboy has got it going ON!

It’s clear this little dude is going to be a major stylista when he grows up … hell, he’s a major stylista now! I am in awe … cuz you just know this little man put together this outfit all by himself. Fierce, just fierce. You werk it, little Kingston!! Werk.It.Out.

Awe, he is so cute :)
I think he is getting tired of all the cameras though. I don’t know if you have seen it. But there is a video from TMZ and Kingston got really upset with them and said he was going to ‘bite their butts off’ Poor boy.

I love this family — it is so awesome that they let him get all dressed up and go out like that. You go, Kingston!

My question isn’t meant to be sarcastic, I’m just curious how routine it is for people to let their kids wear costumes out?? I really am wondering this, because I don’t EVER see it happen where I’m at (or anywhere else I’ve lived) until it’s Halloween.. but I see the celeb’s kids dressed up already. Is it just the celebs? Or are there some “regular” parents that allow their chitlins to do the same?
I’m not trying to make a statement or a point, I’m truly curious.

I’m a “regular” parent of 3 and I let my kids dress to their own personality….I have a preppy 11yr old girl, an 8yr punk rocker girl and a 7yr surfer/skater boy….I want mine to remember having fun as a kid….

@christie: I meant like wearing their Halloween costumes out to the store and whatever, a month before Halloween. I’m not saying it’s wrong or crazy or anything. (it doesn’t matter to me)
I’m sure the celebs are just letting the kids have fun.
I just don’t see it happen, here where I’m at. :)
(there’s A LOT I don’t see where I’m at – LOL)

I know that these are not negative pictures and that a lot of times they aren’t. But I think that people’s kids and families should be off limits. I mean the stars are one thing you know. They kind of know what they are getting themselves into when they join “the biz” but children and families don’t really have a choice and they didn’t sign up for that….especially the kids you know. I think that it’s wrong.

@Pixies: I have a 2 yr old daughter and she dresses up like a princess and we go out places, granted its not the same as a halloween costume(thou alot of little girls go as princesses for Halloween) I think its ok, a kid doesn’t know better they just think its fun and this is the only time in life that you can wear what you want without being judged.

Trent,
Thank you for that little quote of Hey girl, Hey next to the picture. Made me laugh out loud at my desk, greatly needed! He is too cute :)

I love this! I think when kiddos are this little, they should be able to indulge in dressing how they want (for the most part). This is the only time in one’s life where you can do this and people think it’s cute. As you get older, they just think you’re weird.
