UGH! Shield thine eyes, Gossip Girl/Ed Westwick fans cuz I’ve got some really bad news for you. It turns out that Mr. Westwick decided to get some new ink added to his body and commissioned TWO new tattoos to be etched into his skin. First up, check out this horrid-looking tattoo of a bird feather (pigeon?) inked onto the back of his left arm:
I mean … wow. I don’t know WTF? got into him to think that this tattoo was a good idea but … yeah … there you have it. BUT, it gets worse. Ed got another fairly large-sized tattoo inked onto the front of his right arm … I suppose I should warn that it is technically NSFW but since it’s a tattoo, it’s not really that explicit. Curious? Oh.My.Gawd. These are THE worst tattoos ever!! Why, Ed? Whyyyyyyyy?? Mark my words, these tattoos are going to be at least 2 of his life’s biggest regrets. Horrrrrrible!!

I think it’s an eagle feather too, which is of great significance to the natives. The pin up girl is lame though.
I really hope they hold meaning to him, other then that I’m not a huge supporter. But I’d still do him (if my boyfriend were to magically disapear.)

Trent – I doubt that’s a pideon, seagull, etc. feather. It’s color & shape make it more of a crow/raven feather. The significance of which is to ward off evil & bring luck & prosparity.

They sure are perky. I don’t get the feather. I just don’t. Maybe if it was on his back with about 450 others and they were in the shape of wings then it would work?

*Sigh* I’m a fan of Ed Westwick and tattoos but just no. The tattoos aren’t that great (even if they do have a personal meaning to him) and the placement is even worse.

Coming from a heavily-tattooed girl, I can always appreciate a guy with some good art. Key word GOOD. The Sailor Jerry pinup girl is a classic, but the placement is HEINOUS. And what’s up with “She’s A Pinup Girl”? Clearly he just pulled that out of his ass to add some lettering. The feather is overdone and boring. His tattoo choices really make Grant Cobb (the artist) look bad, and he’s amazing!
The feather was a bad idea, but I’m partial to the pin-up girl (minus the unnecessary text).
