Earlier today we saw a short video clip from Kylie Minogue that teases her upcoming (and first ever) North American Tour which kicks off in Oakland, CA next week. A lovely little bird passed a long to me the handwritten setlist for Kylie’s tour and altho I tried not to look … I couldn’t help it … I had to look. And so … for those of you interested, I’ll share the setlist with all y’all:

Last weekend we got our first look at the set of the upcoming movie version of the 80’s action TV series The A-Team and today we get to see a few more pics from the set … including a photo of Bradley Cooper who has been cast to play prettyboy Lt. Templeton Faceman Peck and a promo pic of Quinton Rampage Jackson, who has been cast as the new Sgt. Bosco ‘B.A.’ Baracus … behold:

A helicopter and the infamous black van feature in some of the first pics from the new A-Team film. The remake, which is being filmed in Canada, has just started filming after the final cast members were added last week. Jessica Biel, 27, is to be the leading lady in the feature, which has been adapted from the hit 80s TV series. She is joined by Liam Neeson, 57, who plays Hannibal, Bradley Cooper, 34 (Face), Sharlto Copley, 35 (Murdoch), Patrick Wilson, 36 (A CIA operative), and UFC fighter Quinton Jackson, 31 (B.A. Baracus). In the pictures, taken on the film’s Canadian set, we see the classic GMC van which was used in the 1980s programme. It was the A-Team’s main mode of transport, which they often transformed into an armoured vehicle using makeshift tools and materials which they always conveniently came across in times of need. In another picture Quinton Jackson can be seen inside a helicopter, which appears to be some kind of emergency vehicle. Fans of the original show are likely to be slightly miffed at seeing his character, B.A., flying – as one of the show’s running jokes was that he had a fear of flying. Other members of the team would come up with inventive ways to knock him out (such as a carton of milk laced with drugs), in order to get him onto a plane, usually preceeded by his catchphrase ‘I ain’t gettin’ on no plane, fool’.

Man … there really is no replacement for Mr. T but I’m sure this Rampage fellow will do a fine job. I like that they updated B.A. Baracus’s jewelry … tho, I do kinda miss all those gold chains. As I’ve mentioned before, all these movie remakes are gettin’ kinda old but since I didn’t really watch the show when it aired in the 80’s, I don’t think I’d mind seeing it adapted for the big screen in modern times. Bradley Cooper will make a great Faceman in the flick. Looks fun!

Today we are learning new information supposedly from the late Michael Jackson by way of the King of Pop’s religious leader Rabbi Shmuley Boteach. According to the rabbi, MJ believed that after a few dates in the early 90’s, Madonna fell in love with him and that MJ did not return her love because he did not find her “sexy at all”. HMMMM. Here is a photo of Madonna and MJ from their appearance together at the 1990 Academy Awards and the deets from Shmuley on what MJ really thought of her Madgesty:

The King of Pop befriended the singer in the early 1990s and several dates followed, but Jackson revealed he never had any romantic interest in her during a taped conversation with his close friend Rabbi Shmuley Boteach. Jackson told Boteach, “I think she (Madonna) likes shock value and she knows how to push buttons on people. I think she was sincerely in love with me and I was not in love with her. She did a lot of crazy things. I knew we had nothing in common. “She is not sexy at all. I think sexy comes from the heart in the way you present yourself.” The Thriller icon believed Madonna was one of several stars who envied his fame: “They admire you and know you are wonderful and great because they are jealous, because they wish they were in your shoes. Madonna is one of them. She is jealous. She is a girl, a woman and I think that’s what bothers her … I get the fainting and adulation and she doesn’t.” The star went on to confess he had considered dating actress Elizabeth Taylor but feared the media would mock their 27-year age gap. He said, “I know that if we ever did anything romantically the press would be so mean and nasty and call us the Odd Couple. It would turn into a circus and that’s the pain of it all.” Jackson also described the late Princess Diana as his ideal woman: “I thought she was very special – very feminine and classy. She was my type for sure, and I don’t like most girls. There are very few I like who fit the mould. It takes a very special mould to make me happy and she was one of them.” Boteach, who is publishing the conversations, maintains Jackson wanted the footage to be released to the public so his fans could gain a better understanding of his personal life.

LOL! It’s funny to hear these supposed comments from MJ especially after hearing Madonna’s heartfelt (and oftentimes rambling) speech about him at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards a couple of weeks ago. It’s funny, she never mentioned in her meandering monologue that she was “in love” with MJ. It’s so strange (and very unprofessional) that a rabbi would be blabbing MJ’s secrets, even if he maintains that MJ “wanted the footage to be released”. It seems so … opportunistic. Whether or not these comments are true or not … they do further enlighten on the man that was Michael Jackson.

Gisele Bündchen’s baby bump is really starting to protrude these days … and at last she is finally talking about her pregnancy. Gisele opens up about being pregs with hubby Tom Brady’s baby to Brazilian magazine Caras and reveals that the couple do not want to know the sex of their baby until she gives birth. Now that’s restraint. Here are a couple pics of Gisele out and about in Boston, MA and some excerpts from her interview with Caras magazine:

Despite rumors that she’s expecting a baby boy, Gisele Bündchen says she doesn’t yet know the sex of her baby – and she doesn’t plan to find out! “We decided not to know,” Bündchen, 29, who is expecting her first child with husband Tom Brady, tells the Brazilian magazine Caras in a new interview. “We will only know when it is born, in December.” “I want the emotion of finding out then if it is a boy or a girl,” the supermodel says. Of course that doesn’t mean she’s not already scouting baby clothes – and shoes – in case she has a little girl. Bündchen, who markets a line of sandals in Brazil, says she’s already reserved baby-size ones. “I kept some little sizes from the collections thinking that, if one day I had a girl, she would love to use them,” she said. “The baby versions are really cute.” And though she’s six months pregnant, Bündchen is not slowing down, traveling for work (her newest gig is as a goodwill ambassador for the United Nation’s Environmental Program) and taking flying lessons. She is expected to get her pilot’s license next month. “I am going to keep traveling, but my home is in Boston,” says Bündchen, who moved there from New York City to be close to her husband, 32, as he begins a new season with the New England Patriots. And Bündchen, who says she’s been eating “more healthily” before the baby arrives, says Brady has been supportive, maybe even spoiling her a bit. “Tom is marvelous,” she says.

Firstly, she looks great … secondly, I can’t believe they don’t want to know the sex of the baby! I know for a fact that I couldn’t not know. Kudos to her if she really can resist finding out … tho, it occurs to me that the couple may actually know the sex of the baby and are just telling people they don’t know to avoid being asked questions. HMMM. In any event, we know that Heidi Klum is gonna pop very soon … but we still have about 3 months to go before Gisele and Tom bring forth the fruit of their loins. I’m guessing a boy … what do y’all think?

Yesterday was a pretty crappy day … after being on the phone pretty much all day dealing with identity theft issues, I had no time to really put in a full day’s work ;( By the time I got everything all sorted out, I had to run out for an appointment and the day was shot. Things are back on track today, tho, so I’m feeling much better.

In fact, I’m feeling totally up for a night of fun with some friends. Six Flags Magic Mountain is hosting their annual Out on the Mountain night tonight where the park is closed for a private event where GLBT friendly folks are invited to enjoy the park from 6pm to 1am:

I’ve never been to Magic Mountain so I’m excited. I haven’t been on a real roller coaster in years so I’m really looking forward to tonight. Darion, Loy and Sebastian are in for sure … I’m trying to get Josh to come out too! It should be fun … I hope to have a lot of fun pix tomorrow.
