LA Times photographer David Strick was granted access to the Vancouver, BC set of The Twilight Saga: New Moon and was able to snap some pretty fantastic photos. Here is but one of the fab photos Strick managed to snap of shirtless Twilight star Taylor Lautner for the LA Times‘ Hollywood Backlot … behold:

Oh, the squeals of delight are in the air again. “The Twilight Saga: New Moon” will be released on November 20, and tickets are selling quickly … way in advance! Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner return to the supernatural world of vampires and werewolves in this sequel to the uber popular “Twilight.” David Strick was on the set about 15-20 minutes outside of Vancouver as director Chris Weitz and the cast and crew shot scenes late at night, in a very chilly Capilano Park Forest, until at least 4 a.m.

Oh people … there is MUCH more where this came from. Not only was Strick able to snap more hawt photos of shirtless Lautner but he also managed to shoot a few cool-looking photos of Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson as well — but honesty, it’s the shirtless snaps that are the real draw. Tom Cruise has relocated his family to Boston, MA for the filming of his new movie Wichita Knight and Day and he and wifey Katie Holmes were spotted jogging on the streets of Bean Town earlier today. Oh and wouldn’t you know it, TomKat were even dressed alike … behold:

For as crazy as things started out for these two, they really seem to have leveled off quite a bit. I can’t say that I’m totally convinced that TomKat are a product true love and not of successful brainwashing but they do seem happy and have seemed happy for sometime now. I still find it odd that Tom tends to shadow Katie more times than not … even during their jog he had to reach out and hold her hand (tenderly? or to keep her from bolting?). I expect there will be more TomKat sightings in Boston in the coming weeks … you have been warned.

A couple of weeks ago, we saw photos of a very happy looking Emma Watson on the Rhode Island campus of Brown University (where she will be spending the next four years engrossed in scholastic learning) and today we get to see a couple new photos of Emma already making her return to her homeland of England. BUT, altho Emma has made her way back to the UK this week, she brought a little bit of the USA with her:

I’m pretty sure Emma is back in the UK to take care of some biz (most likely movie biz or mebbe clothes designing biz) and she’ll be back at Brown in no time. I bet she is anxious to get all her affairs in the UK sorted out so that she can finally settle down into quiet college life here in the States. I know we’ll be very happy to have her … but I can understand why the UK would want to get her back home every now and again ;)

Twi-hard Twilighters have much to celebrate today … the official album artwork and tracklisting for the soundtrack album for The Twilight Saga: New Moon has been released — and there is much cause for celebration. The soundtrack boasts 15 tracks by some amazing artists like Thom Yorke (of Radiohead), Lykke Li, The Killers and more. So I managed to get home to LA from NY last night in record time. My Virgin America flight got in an hour early, without a single delay at all. It was the quickest trip from NY to LA I’ve ever had the pleasure to fly. As much as I’m gonna miss David, who decided to stay in NYC for another week to enjoy the city, I am really happy to be home.

Today is the 10th anniversary of the release of the Nine Inch Nails album The Fragile and fans have taken to Twitter to get #thefragile into the trending topics in celebration:

It’s really insane to realize that such an epic album is already 10 years old … and that Nine Inch Nails has come to an end. As should be clearly evident by now, I’ve been a huge NIN fan for years … The Fragile was such a landmark album in the band’s history … listening to it today is just as powerful as listening to it for the first time back in 1999. If you have never listened to The Fragile or just want to hear it again, you can do so online HERE. It’s a stunning album … one that will live much longer than it’s first 10 years of existence.

UPDATE: Trent Reznor posted a couple of tweets on the official Nine Inch Nails Twitter profile about the 10th anniversary of The Fragile … he even confirmed that a reissue of the album will be coming our way in 2010:

Last night the 2009 Primetime Emmy Awards were handed out in a lavish ceremony at the Nokia Theater at LA Live in downtown Los Angeles, CA which was broadcast on CBS. As I mentioned earlier, Neil Patrick Harris KILLED as Emmy host last night but the awards show was more than just about him (as hard to believe as that may be). Here are a few pictures from the red carpet arrivals at the 2009 Emmy Awards last night:

While there were a lot of pretty people on the red carpet (Alyson Hannigan looked amazing, as did Drew Barrymore) the real focus of the night was on who won what for which TV show. Last Friday we saw a few photos of Twilight actor Kellan Lutz engaged in a really hawt work-out with his sexy self in Vancouver, BC (where the cast of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse are currently holed up filming the next sequel film) but today we get to see a couple photos of Kellan back here in SoCal fully dressed (unfortch) but still pretty hawt:

Kellan‘s shirt reads, Are you checking Mii out? which seems to be a reference to the Nintendo Wii video game system … but the obvs answer is, Yes, we are!! While I would vastly prefer to see photos of Mr. Lutz in various states of undress, I suppose any photos of the big lug are worth checking out ;)

Last May we learned that Tim Gunn, the fashion mentor extraordinaire on Project Runway, would be making a special appearance in a Marvel Comics comic book series called Models, Inc. where he teams up with Iron Man to save New York Fashion Week. Today we get our first look at Tim‘s issue of the series, titled Loaded Gunn, and learn some more info about the comic:

If there’s anyone suited to fight a crime involving fashion, it’s style guru Tim Gunn. This fall, the Project Runway fashion mentor will shed his designer suits for an edgier look in Loaded Gunn, the first of four comics in Marvel’s limited edition fashion-themed comic series, Models, Inc. “Isn’t it just utterly and totally surreal?” says Gunn, who is thrilled with his likeness as a superhero. “This is one of those make-a-wish things that could never happen.” In the story, when a special museum retrospective of superhero style is attacked, Gunn comes to the rescue — with a little help from Iron Man. (“It’s because I don’t have any superpowers of my own!”) “There are lots of debates about how much it looks like me,” says Gunn, who chose to leave the creative process to the experts at Marvel. “I said, ‘Gentleman, this is your business. This is not what I do. I do not even want to remotely weigh in on it or micromanage it.’ ” Gunn’s comic-book likeness sounds like him as well, and Runway fans will recognize catchphrases such as “Gather ’round, everyone” woven into his polite way of speaking. Could a superhero-themed design challenge be in Runway’s future? “You never know,” Gunn says. “I think it would be wonderful to do.” As for ratings, Runway’s first season in Los Angeles — and on Lifetime — drew a record 4.2 million viewers for its premiere. “People seem to love it,” Gunn says. “I honestly haven’t heard anything negative. If they did hate it, then I’d like to know.” Gunn says he has loved comic books since childhood. If he were to choose a favorite based solely on style, it’s Gotham’s own Batman, “the most debonair of superheroes.” “He’s sort of the James Bond of superheroes,” Gunn says.

Is there anything that Tim Gunn cannot do? Not only has he caught the hearts of Project Runway designers AND viewers alike but now he’s teaming up with one of the most iconic superheroes of all time to feature in a fun new comic book? Seriously, I can’t think of anyone who doesn’t like Tim Gunn and, to be honest, I don’t think I’d want to even be friends with such a person. Tim just emanates pure positivity and bends over backwards to pass along that positivity to everyone he encounters. I was fortunate enough to meet Tim Gunn at a GLAAD event here in SoCal a couple of years ago (you can see a pic HERE) and he is truly as nice as he seems on TV. As for Project Runway, I agree that people who are watching seem to love it. It’s the same great show we’ve come to love over the years, I’m totally hooked again!! I love to support Gunn‘s endeavors whatever they may be. As a comic book fan, I’ll deffo be picking up Loaded Gunn when it becomes available. Congratulations are in order for actress Zooey Deschanel and Death Cab for Cutie frontman Ben Gibbard go ran off and got married over the weekend! According to Deschanel‘s rep, the couple decided to tie the knot outside Seattle, WA on Saturday … they went and done got hitched, y’all!!

Five hundred days of summer – plus one day of marriage. Zooey Deschanel, 29, and Death Cab for Cutie singer Ben Gibbard, 33, tied the knot Saturday night near Seattle, her rep tells PEOPLE. The couple got engaged last year when Gibbard presented Deschanel with a three-carat diamond and platinum Neil Lane ring, a source told PEOPLE at the time. Deschanel currently stars in (500) Days of Summer. Gibbard also is in the indie band the Postal Service.

Yes, the reports are very light on deets … all we know for sure is that the happy emo couple got hitched and are now husband and wife. I honestly don’t know much about their relationship other than the fact that after about a year of dating, Zooey and Ben got engaged last December. The seem like a great couple so I wish them nothing but love and many happy years of wedded bliss together!! Congrats!!
