Here are a few photos of ex-lovers Kristin Cavallari and Brody Jenner together again filming scenes for the upcoming new season of The Hills which premieres on MTV in just a few short days. Since Kristin is the new queen bee on the show, it makes sense that she would be required to film scenes with almost all of the show castmembers … but I’m guessing it wasn’t too difficult to get her to reunite with Brody for these new beach scenes:

To be completely honest, I highly doubt that KC and Brody will be rekindling any old romances on the show … but it is nice to see them together again. I thought they made a great couple back in the day. The new promo commercials for The Hills feature exclusively Kristin with a big sign that reads The Bitch is Back:

None of the other castmembers are even mentioned … at all. Clearly MTV wants us to know The Hills will become The Kristin Cavallari Show … and what KC wants, KC gets … even if it’s alonetime with Brody. Weeeeeeee!! I cannot *wait* for this show to get back on the air!! September 29 can’t get here quick enough for me!!

Last night David and I were able to attend the Friday night performance of Rock of Ages on Broadway, which was our second time seeing the show …. to see the Broadway debut of my good friend Tom Lenk! Broadway veteran Kerry Butler (who I LOVED in Xanadu: the Musical) also joined the show last night in the lead role of Sherrie! I can’t even express how much more amazing Rock of Ages is now that Tom and Kerry have joined the cast:

It was so cool seeing Tom’s name in the Playbill … seeing him on stage was just fantastic. He kills as Franz and I cannot recommend enough that all y’all should see this show NOW! The show was fantastic the last time I saw it, it’s even better now. Earlier this week on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, the ladies showed off their collection of alter-ego photos that were shot by Atlanta photographer Derek Blanks and featured each of the housewives — NeNe Leakes, Shereé Whitfield, Lisa Wu-Hartwell, Kim Zolciak and Kandi Burress — showing two different sides to their personalities (at least, that was the original premise of the shoot). In case you missed it or just want to see them again, here are the photos shot by Blanks of the Atlanta Housewives showing off their dual personalities:

NENE LEAKES — After directing her costars during their shoots, NeNe stepped in front of the camera to portray a pole-dancing stripper and a reluctant socialite tipper.

SHEREE WHITFIELD — Making light of her much-hyped “seven-figure” divorce settlement, the She by Shereé designer posed as a fashionista and a robber.

LISA WU-HARTWELL — Watch the cookies! At the alter-ego photo shoot, NeNe got her pal to pose as a punk and a goody-goody Girl Scout.

KIM ZOLCIAK — Deciding not to dress up like a black version of herself, Kim chose to pose as a mistress and her lover’s scorned wife at a Laundromat.

KANDI BURRESS — Kandi, whose friends were involved in a drunk-driving accident, decided send a message, portraying an intoxicated clubber who got behind the wheel and her victim.

I personally was not too impressed by all of the photos. I thought NeNe, Shereé and Lisa had the right attitude … Kim’s photo is fug and Kandi’s photo – while admirable – wasn’t really a photo showcasing her dual personality. Overall, I thought the shoot was fun tho … Blanks has come up with a very creative idea and he has shot some very cool photos. I just love the Atlanta Housewives, they are my fave of the bunch. What do y’all think of these photos … are they cool or do they miss the mark?

Here are the first photos snapped on the Canadian set of the movie version of the 80’s TV show The A-Team. To my knowledge, there are still a few key roles to be cast in the film but it looks like production on the film is already underway. Check out the 2010 version of the classic A-Team van:

While the new Karate Kid movie is a remake of the original film, there has never been a movie version of The A-Team. As a kid, I didn’t really watch The A-Team, even tho I was well aware that Mr. T was the break-out star of the show. I guess I don’t have the same affinity for The A-Team like I do for The Karate Kid so I don’t mind the idea of a new movie version so much. I’m very curious to see who they actual sign on to portray The A-Team characters … I think this movie will be judged on casting before the thing even gets made. If they don’t get the B. A. Baracus character right, there ain’t no hope for the movie. I guess we’ll have to wait and see.

Now that Nicole Richie has given birth to her second child we can look to Sarah Michelle Gellar (who should be next to pop) and Heidi Klum (who should follow shortly thereafter) as the next celeb moms to give birth. SMG was spotted making her way to pilates class yesterday lookin’ absolutely rotund … we have been told that she is due to give birth “this Fall” but methinks she’ll be birthin’ that baby any day now:

It’s pretty amazing that SMG is still keeping very active this late in her pregnancy. She has been attending pilates classes for weeks now and she really is showing no signs of slowing down … no matter how big she continues to get. I’m terrible at judging baby bumps but I wouldn’t be surprised if more than one little bundle of joy pops out of that bump. As we all know, this is baby #1 for SMG and hubby Freddie Prinze, Jr. … I know that I can’t wait for this baby to be born already!!
