Who Is Penn Badgley Kissing On The Set Of ‘Gossip Girl’
The Gossip Girl gang has been hard at work on production of their upcoming third season and we’ve seen a lot of photos of the cast from the set. A key scene in an upcoming ep was filmed yesterday on the NYC set of the show that gives away a bit of plot development. Penn Badgley’s character, Dan Humphrey, was spotted kissing up on one of his lady castmates … can you guess which one?
We know that Dan has had an on-again, off-again relationship ship with Serena van der Woodsen (played by Blake Lively) but I will tell you that that this girl he’s smoochin’ on is not her. After the jump, find out who it is …
Cast in the role of Olivia, a “movie star who entrolls at NYU”, it looks like she also sets her sights on nabbing Dan as her man. It’s unclear, obvs, if this little smoochfest is a one time occurrence or if it will bloom into something more substantial but it’s an interesting development nonetheless. What do y’all think, GG fans? Do you like Dan gettin’ his mack on with Olivia the new girl?

Ummm is it just me or does it look like Dan (Penn Badgley) go from a hs kid to like a 35 yr old? He’s lookin older – and the ‘burns – they need to go. I means seriously – Dylan McKay called, he wants his look back.

In theory, I’m fine with it. But these pictures are showing zero chemistry. Hopefully it looks better in motion. Also, whoever is styling Dan right now must really hate him. Horrible shoes, his shirt makes him look larger than he is and is too long, and his “bookbag” looks like a purse. I also have to agree with SuziLee about the sideburns.

those are some serious sideburns….I was right though! Blonde hair gave it away……I’m sure it’ll look good on tv but hwen you break it down like that, it looks so awk like she didn’t know what to do with her arms

She’s kissing PENN! Why can’t she act as though she’s kissing a hot guy? Oh wait, she can’t act very well. My bad :)
She is pretty though. She’ll fit right in on Gossip Girl. It’s actually quite nice to see some normal sized arms actually.

On Lizzie McGuire, she always did this thing with her arms where she would cross one hand to her other arm. Not sure if that makes any sense, but it bugged me b/c I do that when I have to awkwardly stand around for a long time, but I don’t think it should be done on T.V.!!

Heather, how the hell can you say Hilary Duff is chunky? It’s people like you that just enforce the whole Hollywood stereotype that all actresses have to be anorexic. Go to Perez Hilton’ site, seems like it would be right up your alley.

I think they are cute and Hilary is gorgeous. She is a really good actress. Love her muaks. I still think Nate is the hottest of the lot – unfortunately Dan’s got the personality!!

My sister has arms like the duffster. My sister has always been in shape and athletic; different body types is all. She was voted “best legs” in her graduating class ;)
Anyhow, I think hillary is a beautiful girl.

i agree with Tabitha on Heather.. Hillary is beautiful as she is and she doesn’t need to lose 20 pounds just to please people like you. I’m actually glad we finally got someone on the set who’s not super skinny. I hope Hillary’s here to stay! =)
