Vanessa Hudgens & Ashley Greene Are New BFFs
Twilight star Ashley Greene and former High School Musical (and flop Bandslam) star Vanessa Hudgens were spotted on the streets of Vancouver, BC yesterday making their way to the mall together. You may recall that both Ashley and Vanessa were embroiled in individual scandals where nekkid pics of the young starlets made their way to the Internets (it was a first time occurrence for Ashley, a repeat occurrence for Vanessa) so it seems like the ladies may be bonding over their mutual love of nekkid exhibitionism … behold:
I guess nothing brings two new friends together like a nekkid photo scandal. It’s always nice when new friends find that they have the same interests in common … a mutual love of music, literature, nudie pics … whatever. These are the bonds that withstand the test of time. The term BFF gets thrown around a lot but I can totes see how these two could really end up being best friends forever.

ugh. i hope this doesnt in anyway lead to vanessa somehow worming her way into one of the films. remember when people were saying she auditioned for leah?

NO! She better not play Leah or be any part of the Twilight franchise! My fries will literally be cheesed if this happens… The audition: “So, Vanessa, I hear that you want to be Leah?” and Vanessa says, “Lyke, omg, yes! I will be such a huge contributor to the franchise. I’ll promote and everything!” “Ah, really? How so?” “Well, um, lyke, I’ll take naked pictures of myself with plastic vampire fangs! Yeah!”

Isn’t Zac Efron currently shooting a movie in Canada? Maybe she’s in town to see him and decided to visit Ashley while she was there…
And I know people love to hate on her, but she doesn’t seem at all like what people make her out to be.

Trent, I can’t stand skanky starlets just as much as the next person, but Bandslam did get pretty solid reviews across the board which is uncommon for a film directed to the teen demographic. It was an independently made film, which is why it probably didn’t cause any great waves at the box office. You might want to watch it before you carelessly label it a flop.

@ Tessa, all the reviews I read were terrible for Bandslam. The movie may have been made “independently,” but it sure had a hell of a lot of promotion and if Vanessa was such a big star she could have carried the film. Unfortunately for her, it did not. The movie is a FLOP.

@Tessa — Reviews having nothing to do with whether or not a film is a flop. Poor performance at the box office determines whether a movie is a flop or not … which Bandslam is, I’m afraid.

XD I went to see Bandslam with my friend and she was like ‘Its like High School Musical with better music and less dancing’ .
I gotta agree, the only part I enjoyed about it was the fact that they showed CBGB(A place I have always wanted to see in person)

Ama, sorry to let you know but CBGB got shut down and has been gone for some time now. Their landlord chose not to extend their lease and I’m pretty sure everything down to the urinals got sold off for souvenirs.

@forge- Yeah I knew that a long time ago. I was just saying I wanted to see it when it was still open or even now. I think they should have kept it just as a museum of some type. I heard they were reopening it in Las Vegas.

Vanessa’s in town training and doing pre-production for Sucker Punch, which starts filming next month. Any of you peeps worried that she’s going to worm her way into Eclipse have nothing to fear—Sucker Punch is filming until January, there’s no way she could make the time to play Leah.
