HELLO, she’s already had explicit photos of herself leak to the Internet before. It’s hard to feel sorry for someone who seem so brazen and so unconcerned about their reputation. While I feel there is nothing wrong with taking whatever photos of yourself you like and sending them to whoever for whatever reason, I cannot feel sorry when the photos get leaked to the Internets. It should be noted that Vanessa‘s new tween film Bandslam opens in theaters on August 14 … I wonder if the release of these photos was timed to help promote that film?

@Amy – soo let me get this straight… you’re saying that she’s not stupid for taking nakes pics of herself on her camera phone and sending them to someone else or even storing them on her phone and having someone else find them and distribute them because she’s a woman and has every right to do so?! Are you freakin’ kidding me? I’m a woman and while I know I have every right to take whatever pictures I want and give them to whomever I want to doesn’t mean I’m actullay going to do it. I don’t think anyone on here is saying that she didn’t have the RIGHT to take the pictures… I think we’re all (or the majority) are saying that it wasn’t the smartest decision she’s ever made. Seriously? Women’s rights? I think maybe the next time you start preaching to the masses you should maybe have some sort of idea what it is your preaching about… just sayin’!
