HELLO, she’s already had explicit photos of herself leak to the Internet before. It’s hard to feel sorry for someone who seem so brazen and so unconcerned about their reputation. While I feel there is nothing wrong with taking whatever photos of yourself you like and sending them to whoever for whatever reason, I cannot feel sorry when the photos get leaked to the Internets. It should be noted that Vanessa‘s new tween film Bandslam opens in theaters on August 14 … I wonder if the release of these photos was timed to help promote that film?

I’ve taken pics for my partner before. We don’t live in the same country, and we’re both adults. I trust him not to show them to leak them, and I know he wouldn’t let anyone touch his computer, so noone else will find them. We aren’t stupid, but thanks for painting everyone how has posed for risque photos with the same brush.
& Jenn, she was apparently underage at the time the pictures were taken.
Her publicist wrote Perez saying she was indeed underage. But do we actually believe anything they say?
Either she is stupid enough to some how get these photos leaked..or Zac isnt as trust worthy as he seems. What are the chances this happens twice?? I can understand posing for pics for your spouse..but being dumb enough to allow them to be leaked?? No sympathy here..

Trent I have a speculative question which a speculative answer would be great. How on earth do these pictures of her keep leaking to the internet?? Is it that her “boy friend” Zac Efron keep leaking them or does he forward the photos to friends or is someone hacking into her phone?? Like I just don’t get it. Yes I thought she would have learnt from the first incident but this is ridiculous. I’m not sure this couple are going to make it, with all of these problems something’s gotta give…. JMO
@jj — My guess is they were sent to someone other than Zac, they are the one leaking the photos. If they really were taken with a Moto Razr phone, there is no way to “hack” into the phone and steal the photos. My educated guess is that she sent them to someone other than Efron and that person is the one leaking the photos … OR, it’s possible she left her phone unattended long enough that someone near her gained access.

@Bitchtastic. Of course somebody CAN take these pictures. A lot of us do it, lets be honest here. However, if you ARE a celebrity and you don’t want them getting out, don’t take them in the first place! Nobody is saying she’s horrible for taking these pics, she’s horrible for STILL having these leak out (a week or 2 before her movie comes out). She obv didn’t learn & I wouldn’t be shocked if she had a tape as well.

Here’s the thing people… whether or not she’s a star who “should know better” is irrelevant. She took some naughty pics to do with whatever she pleases… someone took advantage of that. Whether or not they were taken before or after her 18th birthday is also irrelevant since she obviously took them herself. Also isn’t she 20 now? So even if they were taken a few years ago that would put her in the 17/18 range?? She’s young… young people do this kind of stuff… Calling her dumb and freaking out about this post isn’t going to change what she did or the fact that someone else decided to share them with the world. Granted I don’t think it was the smartest decision to take the pics with her cell phone as I have found over the years that cell information is pretty easy to get access too but what are you gonna do?
