I don’t know how I feel about all these guest starts on Idol. I guess it’s a nice way to spruce things up on the show since Paula is absent. Jeez, I still can’t believe it would actually happen. But people like Katy Perry don’t really belong on that show. She has a good voice but she’s absolutely horrible singing live. They should get someone with more credibility as a musician.

I agree Katy Perry sounds ok recorded with studio “magic” involved but she is a horrible live singer and she has no place ripping into the contestants
