Jude Law’s ‘Hamlet’ Prepares To Invade Broadway
Something may be rotten in the state of Denmark but no so in the State of New York … this weekend, promo signage went up at the Broadhurst Theater on the Great White Way to announce the arrival of the West End production of the William Shakespeare play Hamlet starring Jude Law:
The production’s official website, HamletBroadway.com, is now online and tickets for the limited run are currently on sale. It turns out that I will be in NYC when the show is in previews so I managed to snag a ticket for the performance on September 16. Last year, David and I were lucky enough to attend a performance of Shakespeare’s MacBeth at the Lyceum Theater and I loved every second of it. As a huge Shakespeare fan, I’m always curious to see how new productions of the Bard’s timeless plays get adapted. I’ve been dying to see Jude as Hamlet and next month I’ll finally get my chance. As you may recall, Jude got himself into a bit of trubs the last time he spent any considerable time in NYC when he got Samantha Burke pregs with his lovechild while he was filming Sherlock Holmes there. One hopes Jude will be better equipped to keep himself in control so that he doesn’t get mixed up in any future unplanned pregnancies. Lovebabies or not, I am SO excited to see Jude in action on stage! Woot!!

My friends and I have had our tickets and trip booked for over a month! So excited!!!
yeah, blah blah blah Samantha blah blah blah pregnant blah blah blah….why is it with Jude, everybody goes to the extremes? “He’s in every movie,” “he sleeps with all nannies,” “he’s the only man on earth that women get pregnant by”…my god, the JPs, Mel Gibson, and my ex-husband have more kids. Give it a rest already, hahahaha…
Although…super sperm or not, I’d jump on him anytime, anywhere, all he’d have to do is give me that “Really? Right now?” look, and I’m.all over.it!

i saw jude in hamlet in london….you cannot take your eyes off him. he commands the stage….he’s breathtaking. i have my ticket for oct. 13th for new york and i would fly to timbucktoo to see this remarkable actor as hamlet. i’m still swooning. this prooves that jude is a major star not only because of his beauty but because he is a remarkable actor.

@DJWhoop, maybe he did. If the guy didn’t use condoms, isn’t it likely, then, that he’d have a whole soccer team of kids running around, as much as he allegedly has the sex?
Anyway, yeah, I, too, am all for him having the sex! I’m not going to lie, if he wanted to have sex with me right at this moment, I’d be all over him like green on grass, only because he’s my favorite celebrity hottie, and I imagine it’d be fun! And hot! God, somebody turn a fan on, please…
