Last April we got our first look at the first trailer released for Rob Zombie‘s remake of Halloween II which is a follow-up sequel to his first remake of Halloween. Unlike the original film, it would appear that most of the action in Zombie‘s version of Halloween II does NOT take place inside the Haddonfield Hospital … which is a huge departure from the original source film. Nonetheless, I have to say, I’ve been pretty impressed with the promo materials I’ve seen from the film thus far:

I didn’t really love Zombie‘s Halloween, particularly because I felt too much of the story was wasted on the idiotic white trash dialog that opened the film. I liked it once the action got going (about 45 mins. into the film) but I felt it could’ve been done much better. I’m hoping that Halloween II will just cut to the chase and bring the horror. We saw the official trailer last April but today we get to check out an unused trailer that has been leaked to the Internets that features new scenes from the film and gives hints about the movie’s story line.
