Here are a few photos of the B-Lister castmembers of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse who are all settling down and making themselves at home in Vancouver, BC where their film is currently in production. Jackson Rathbone has put his music career on hold to be in town for filming and Ashley Greene managed to wrench herself away from new BFF Vanessa Hudgens long enough so that she could walk her little pooch. Kellan Lutz went shopping at Zara and Xavier Samuel was just out lookin’ cute … behold:

It looks like they’re everywhere, y’all! There haven’t been any new sightings of main stars Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner and/or Robert Pattinson to report … one presumes they were bizzy actually working on the film. Nonetheless, everyone will be working sooner or later so that they can continue to bring the Twilightness to the hungry masses. If you are in Vancouver, be on the look out … you never know when YOU might run into a real life Twilighter.

Dannii Minogue, little sister to Kylie Minogue, has posted a few personal photos on her official blog of her and her new model boyfriend Kris Smith enjoying the sights of LA this Summer. Dannii and Kris, who are currently in Europe where Kris has been bizzy modeling these days, spent some time in SoCal recently and looked like they had a fun time lurvin’ all up on each other all the while. Hello Hollywood! I had a great trip to LA with my beautiful beau, Kris. It was his first visit, so a great chance to do the touristy things, and not feel a drop of guilt! My first tip is to take Hollyridge Trail to get the best tourist shots of the Hollywood sign! Then trek up Runyon Canyon Trail for some proper exercise, and views of Los Angeles … there are Palm trees to look at, and Rattle Snakes to look out for it seemed kind of timely to visit the Chinese Theatre to see the stars in the pavement and it’s always good to hunt for old favourites … don’t forget the shopping! and hot spots to eat … try the Octopus at Cecconi’s and everything at Palihouse! Palihouse do a proper English Sunday roast for anyone wanting some home cooking – the chef is British and you have to leave room for pudding! enjoy my little Mousketeers! dx

Get it, gurl! I have to say … Wow! Dannii has snagged herself a DAMN fine-lookin’ man. I am SO THRILLED to see Dannii looking so happy. I heard that these two were an item but this is the first time I’ve been able to see them together … hubba hubba! The make a very hot couple. I hope we get to see more of them. I’m also hoping Dannii (with or without Kris) will be back here in the US for Kylie‘s upcoming concert dates. It would be so fab to see both Minogue sisters here on US soil :)

Those of you planning to head out to theaters this November to see the film This Is It that sold for $60 million to Sony Pictures last month and is made up of concert rehearsal footage of the late Michael Jackson prepping for his This Is It Tour had better make your plans now because Sony has announced that the film will run in theaters for a limited 2-week run only!

The film about Michael Jackson’s final three months, which uses video of rehearsals for his concert comeback, will run in theaters worldwide for two weeks only beginning October 28, according to Sony Pictures. Tickets for “Michael Jackson: This Is it” go on sale Sunday, September 27, Sony said in a news release Thursday. “Audiences will be given a privileged and private look at the singer, dancer, filmmaker, architect, and genius as he creates and perfects his final show,” Sony said. Kenny Ortega, who was working with Jackson to create the “This Is It” concert, is also directing the documentary. “As we began assembling the footage for the motion picture, we realized we captured something extraordinary, unique and very special,” Ortega said. “It’s a very private, exclusive look into a creative genius’ world.” Ortega said “This Is It” “may go down as the greatest concert that no one got a chance to see,” since the pop singer died three weeks before it was to debut in the O2 Arena in London, England. “But with this film, we get a rare portrait of Michael as he prepares for his final curtain call and what I believe was going to be his master work.” Sony began editing the film last week after concert promoter AEG Live handed over about 100 hours of video it shot during April, May and June 2009. The initial release date was set for October 30, but Sony said it decided the “special, limited, two-week engagement worldwide” would be moved up two days. A Los Angeles Superior Court judge approved the deal last week to allow the special administrators of Jackson’s estate to sign a contract with Sony and AEG Live to allow the production. The judge has yet to decide on a deal that would allow AEG Live to conduct a three-city tour of a Michael Jackson memorabilia exhibition to coincide with the film’s release.

HMMM. Color me suspicious but methinks this limited “2-week engagement” is just a ploy to promote the film. I find it very hard to believe that Sony Pictures would want to limit how much money they could make from a film like this. By telling fans you have a limited time to see the film, perhaps they are banking on 2 weeks of sold out showings rather than, say, 4 to 6 weeks of sparsely attended showings. I’d bet good money that if the film does very well in the “2-week limited run” they’ll extend the run for longer … and can still have a DVD/CD combo ready for sale by Xmas.

Last month we got our first look at the first promo pics to be released from the upcoming second season of Dollhouse and today we get to see a new, more colorful batch. First up, here is the cast photo for Dollhouse season 2:

Yes, I know … looks pretty standard isn’t very “colorful” at all … well, hang on for that. It should be noted that this full cast photo features members of the Dollhouse family from season 1 and does not include any of the new castmembers we learned would be joining the show this coming season (particularly Buffyverse alums Alexis Denisof and Summer Glau). I suspect we may not see promo pics of either of them for some time, if at all. Hot on the heels of the dunzoness of Eddie Cibrian and his wife Brandi Glanville And the dunzoness of LeAnn Rimes and her hubby Deane Sheremet reportedly because of Eddie‘s infidelity with LeAnn earlier this year comes a batch of new photos of Eddie and LeAnn enjoying a game of golf yesterday … together … in public! Could this be the first sign that the couple are ready to go public with whatever relationship they’ve got goin’ on?

Look out, because after having several secret and low-key rendezvous, LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian emerged for a very public golf date Thursday. It’s a weekly tradition for Rimes to hit the links, and around 1 p.m. she arrived at the Valencia Country Club – shortly after her surprise partner for the afternoon. “Eddie arrived at the private country club in his Porsche a few minutes before LeAnn,” says an eyewitness. “LeAnn was beaming when she saw Eddie and the two gave each other a quick hug. Eddie was sweet and went to buy water and energy drinks from the golf store.” Good move, too: The two spent almost three hours on the golf course in 90-degree heat. “LeAnn was sans makeup and looked very happy and carefree. Between holes, LeAnn leaned back, put her feet up and sipped her energy drink while Eddie drove her around on a golf cart,” adds the source. “They weren’t super affectionate, and instead more flirty in a fun and loving way.” Despite their attempts to be discreet, the eyewitness tells PEOPLE, “They had lots of chemistry. Hello! If this isn’t the surest sign that they are involved I don’t know what is. Nothing says We’re happy in love like a couple’s game of golf, right? Whether they are friends or friends with benefits, there is no denying that something is going betwixt these two. Their soon-to-be ex-spouses should be happy, too. The more these two fraternize in public the better they’ll make out when it comes time to pay the piper in divorce court. I wonder what other public sporting activities these two, shall we call them LeEddie, engage in next.

Lord have MERCY it is hot and humid here in NYC. I managed to get out and into SoHo late yesterday afternoon but I about suffocated from the muggy/humid air. Thank goodness the subway train I used was air-conditioned cuz I might’ve died right on the spot. Whew. I dunno how NYers make it thru the Summers here … they should spend the Summer in SoCal ;) I ended up just staying in last night to watch all the new Project Runway programming on Lifetime TV:

Twilight star Ashley Greene and former High School Musical (and flop Bandslam) star Vanessa Hudgens were spotted on the streets of Vancouver, BC yesterday making their way to the mall together. You may recall that both Ashley and Vanessa were embroiled in individual scandals where nekkid pics of the young starlets made their way to the Internets (it was a first time occurrence for Ashley, a repeat occurrence for Vanessa) so it seems like the ladies may be bonding over their mutual love of nekkid exhibitionism … behold:

I guess nothing brings two new friends together like a nekkid photo scandal. It’s always nice when new friends find that they have the same interests in common … a mutual love of music, literature, nudie pics … whatever. These are the bonds that withstand the test of time. The term BFF gets thrown around a lot but I can totes see how these two could really end up being best friends forever.

First Lady Michelle Obama appears in a cute new PSA with Elmo from Sesame Street that seeks to impart the wisdom that if you want your children to have healthy habits then you should practice healthy habits so they can learn from your actions. Here are a few screencaps from Michelle Obama and Elmo‘s new PSA video:

This past [May], Michelle Obama stopped by Sesame Street to tape a Public Service Announcement with everyone’s favorite muppet, Elmo. The PSA, part of Sesame Workshop’s Healthy Habits For Life initiative, encourages exercise and nutritious eating habits, and extols the importance of parents as healthy role models. The First Lady explains: “If you want your child to have healthy habits, practice healthy habits, too. Because you’re your child’s best role model.” Sesame Street is certainly making good use of Michelle Obama’s influence; as Elmo himself says: “Well, if Mrs. Obama wants to exercise, Elmo wants to exercise too! Yay exercise!!”

Michael Phelps, Olympic Gold Medalist and sometimes partyier, is featured in a new ad campaign for the Until There’s A Cure Foundation to help raise awareness and much needed funds for HIV/AIDS research. The campaign advertises the sale of specially created bracelets that raise money for charities that exist to combat the spread of HIV/AIDS and to help those afflicted with the disease.
