The Waiting Game
The TV Guide

Like the rest of the 1.6 million people who registered for tickets to attend Michael Jackson‘s memorial service at the Staples Center here in downtown LA tomorrow at 10AM, I kept checking my email inbox to find out if I had been selected as one of the lucky few who will be allowed to attend the services tomorrow …

… and in just a few hours I will find out for sure if I will be allowed to attend. If I am able to procure tickets for tomorrow’s service, I will do my best to share as much info from the service via Twitter (you can read my Twitter profile HERE) to try and include as many of y’all as possible in the service. If I am not allowed to attend, then I will be at home just like so many of you watching the events unfold on live television. I am hopeful that I will be successful but, well, you just never know until you get that wristband secured to your arm and those tickets are placed in your hand.

No big plans for tonight just yet … David and I have been invited to a fun event in WeHo that we may attend but we’ve not decided whether or not we’re going out. Keep those fingers crossed, hopefully Pink is the new Blog will be able to report live from the Michael Jackson memorial service tomorrow morning.

I stil dont believe it’s true though. I know for a fact I would never accept any amount of money if I believed my daughter had been molested.

    Thanks, Lauri.
My point exactly. Unfortunately, when one is accused of molestation of a child, you are guilty and branded for life. I don’t know what happened and if MJ did or didn’t except he was found not guilty. Famous people get sued all the time from big to small things and rather than go through the motions of a lengthy trial cause you got shit to do, they settle. Sometimes to avoid the embarrassment of a trial or not. Whatever. Today is about celebrating Michael and I, for one, will be watching.
