Are y’all ready for the latest installment in the SAW movie franchise? Well … if not, too bad. SAW VI will hit theaters this Halloween and promises to bring more of the Jigsaw mayhem with it. To promote the film, the studio has released the first movie poster to get fans hyped up for the latest installment … and much like the motion poster that was released to promote Terminator: Salvation last December, this new SAW VI poster moves:

No question, these motion posters are hellacool. It’s such an ingenious way to use the capabilities of online media to promote a film (or whatever). That being said, I’m not sure how interested I am anymore in the SAW franchise. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I’ll prolly still see the damn thing in theaters when it opens this Halloween but … hasn’t the SAW story really run its course? I dunno … are any of y’all interested in seeing SAW VI? Does this kickass poster make you want to watch it?

The poster is cool but the last movie sucked! I am sorry. I am a horror movie aficionado so of course I will see it but I really hope it is better than that last one. It was a waste of my time! I guess we will see!!!
Yea, i’m OBSESSED with the Saw movies but the last one was kind of a dissapointment….i mean theres still no question, i’m DEF gonna go see this when it comes out, i jus really hope they do a better job with this one.

They said they would be 6 movies a very long time ago (around the time when the third movie came out or so).
