‘SAW VI’ Releases A New Poster, Preview Clip
Shall we play a game?

Earlier this week we got to see the FIRST movie poster for SAW VI (as you may recall, the poster was a cool motion poster that moves and plays music) and today we get to see the first regular, non-moving movie poster for the latest film in the SAW franchise:

As you can see in this poster artwork, a bunch of victims are chained to a merry-go-round carousel presumably so that they can be tortured to death in one of Jigsaw‘s dastardly games. While the poster itself isn’t all that interesting, the accompanying video clip is. After the jump, check out the first preview trailer that shows Jigsaw‘s carousel of death in action — be warned, the video is a RED BAND trailer that is gruesomely NSFW …

Oh man … OK … so on the one hand I feel like there are way too many SAW movies … and then I see a clip like this and I totally love it! Now Jigsaw is torturing evil health care providers? LMAO!!! As I said before, I’ll prolly deffo see this latest installment in theaters when it opens this October but … can SAW VI be the last one already? Please?

Wasn’t the winner of that lame show Scream Queens supposed to be in this? I’ve never seen any of the Saw movies..I’m a big chicken.. :(

  2. Bleeding Ears says:

I like these movies. This clip shows you the lengths people will go to, to save their own lives. Lying, guilt …. awesome.

  3. ally says:

yeah who ended up winning scream queens anyway? i’d like to keep my eyes peeled for her and see how she does.

  4. Kendra says:

@Ally – Tanedra won..The girl with no acting experience or something..

  5. Kaci says:

I looked it up, and Tanedra won the show. http://www.vh1.com/shows/scream_queens/cast.jhtml

SAW used to be about redemption and the human spirit to overcome. Now it’s just killing. I hope the movie in it’s whole reflects [the first film] and the former not the latter.

  7. Liz says:

the torture just goes crazier with each Saw

  8. CHASE says:

The first Saw will always be the best of the franchise. They’re pretty much losing steam… they need to end. Now.

  9. nicole says:

i loooooove saw…even tho..im creeped out right now cause of that damn clown doll haha…the only thing that creeps me out in these movies is that doll…go figure

The first saw was the only one I remotely enjoyed; after seeing the 2nd one, I boycotted the rest. This one just looks like a propaganda ad gone bad. At least, in the beginning, they had decent actors like Cary Elwes.

and it’s not going to end. they’re already in the works to do a Saw VII. I kid you not.

  12. shellie says:

I love watching these movies for different traps that they create. Grusome and horrible, but it takes a bit of thinking to create

  13. Eric says:

Thank god for American movies. Now all Americans can enjoy torture! It’s not just for the people running Guantanamo Bay anymore. The only difference is that the police want to catch the psycho in this movie, but in real life no one is interested in catching the inhuman humans that torture people in the U.S.
    Absolutely disgusting.

  14. Alex says:

They said they would do 6 of them years ago, around the time when the 3rd movie came out.

  15. Vanessa says:

Apparently, there are supposed to be 8 or 9 or them.
I love every one of them. :)

  16. MOTM says:

Well, I’m never going to look at merry-go-rounds the same ever again. LOL I’ve seen up to the third, I think… I just can’t handle them. Maybe a stiff drink while watching will help? HA!

  17. Tracy says:

I hope they all die. Insurance company douchebags are the worst specimans on earth. LOL I’ll be seeing this and for once I won’t want them to survive.

Am I the only one who caught the WarGames reference underneath your title? Am I old?
