‘Prince Of Persia: The Sands Of Time’ Releases A New Promo Photo
Yesterday Entertainment Weekly magazine’s annual Comic-Con Issue gave us our first look of Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow in the new Iron Man 2 film and today they give us our latest look at Jake Gyllenhaal as Prince Dastan in his upcoming new film Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time. As you may recall, Jakey poo stars in Prince of Persia which is based on the popular video game series of the same name. We got our first look of video of Jake as the sexy, beefy and shirtless Prince Dastan back in May … but today, EW brings us this new promo photo:
For Jake Gyllenhaal, playing Prince Dastan in Jerry Bruckheimer’s epic Prince of Persia: Sands of Time, due May 28, 2010, was a chance to get into some serious action. (Paparazzi photos of Gyllenhaal on-set have appeared previously, but this is the first official shot of him in character.) “I’m tired of taking myself so seriously,” says the actor, who found himself sword-fighting, climbing walls, and jumping off of buildings as part of the prince’s quest to find an enchanted dagger and turn back time. “It’s nice when a stuntman turns to you and is like, ‘Actors don’t normally do this.’”
Well, this may be the first “official” promo photo released for the film but last March we got our real first look at two very HAWT promo-like photos of Jake as the half-nekkid Dastan on the set of the film. Click HERE to see those photos again … they are deffo worth a second look ;) In any event, I’ll take it all … altho Prince of Persia won’t be released until next year, there is no reason we can’t get little teaser pics and footage in the months leading up to the film’s release. Jakey poo looks great in this new promo photo, yes? The best part of this new photo … no Reese Witherspoon :)

Closet, enough with the gay rumors! I have had successful friends that have had the “in the closet” rumors dog them, and it is just absurd. You know that ANYONE can start those rumors without any reason, and there is nothing anyone can do to make them go away (short of degrading yourself with a sex tape).
Why would you hold it against someone because someone you don’t even know said someone they don’t even know is gay? It is just a way for people to work out their homophobia in a (sadly) socially accepted way. It is disgusting.
