Madonna brought her Sticky & Sweet Tour to Milan, Italy last night and was greeted by throngs of adoring Italians fans … not the least of which were famed fashion designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana of the fashion house Dolce & Gabbana, who threw a lavish party in her honor at the completion of her show. And, wouldn’t ya know it, D&G‘s fave new fashion model and Maddy‘s fave toyboy Jesus Luz was also in the hiz for the celebration. Here is a group shot of all the BFFs:
DOES MADONNA ever eat dinner on her own? A night rarely passes where the Queen of Pop isn’t spotted entering or leaving a swanky restaurant, often with celeb pals in tow. Last week she hit posh London eatery Locanda Locatelli with SIR PAUL McCARTNEY and his daughter STELLA. And now she’s fine dining in Milan at Dolce & Gabbana’s restaurant GOLD with the fashion behemoths and toyboy lover JESUS LUZ. Wrapped in an embrace with two of the world’s premier designers and a Brazilian model, it’s no wonder she’s beaming from ear to ear.
Well doesn’t Madonna just look like the cat that ate the canary. You know, life must be pretty damn good for her these days. She’s got the company of a hot, young Brazilian model whenever she wants it. She’s got BFFs in the couture fashion biz. She’s on tour, again, at age 50. She’s a new mother of a beautiful little girl. Yeah, it don’t suck to be Madonna. You live it up, girl.

@ Erica – Oh trust me, Madonna looks bad 75% of the time. She used to look really good but this past year she’s really gone downhill with her wardrobe choices. I’m so glad she’s wearing something AGE APPROPRIATE and flattering as well. She needs to realize she needs to cover up a bit more. : )
I have to agree that Madge wore it better. Although we all use to want those Madonna arms—- personally, I’m now coveting her butt.
You can bounce quarters off it and those arms are nearly as scary as her hands now.

I was on the MTV site yesterday. Reading up about the VMA’s and only was mentioned that Russel Brand was hosting (lame). But they had one of those FASHION articles of celebs wearing similar outfits to others over the years.
One was of Gwen, Paris & Lindsay all wearing leopard dress outfits. Gwen & Paris looked best, lindsay well, terrible. But lets just say – this pic of Madonna has NOTHING up against Lindsay. This is just terrible of Madonna, but thats a common thing these days.
J- Nobody thinks that Lindsay Lohan looks good. Nobody. Because she doesn’t. She looks like a ragged-out, haggard old crack-whore. She looks older than Madonna.

Jesus Luz is an adult so he can decide for himself who he wants to date, same with Madonna. Seems like you’re jealous she can have her pick and have a great time and somehow not stick to some unwritten rule that women once they hit 40 must stay home knitting while covered up from head to toe.
