Kissing On The NYC Set Of ‘Gossip Girl’
Late last month we learned that filming production got underway in NYC on the 3rd season of Gossip Girl and shortly thereafter we also learned that both Hilary Duff and Joanna Garcia (who previously starred in The CW series Privileged which has been canceled) are joining the cast for the 3rd season. Today we get to see a few new pics from the set of GG where a couple of co-stars were filming a sexy kissing scene:
Now, it really should come as no surprise to fans of GG who these two kissing co-stars are … but, just in case and to err on the side of caution, I’ll keep the spoileryish reveal behind the cut. After the jump, check out which two Gossip Girl characters shared an on-camera smooch on the NYC set yesterday afternoon …
It’s Leighton Meester as Blair Waldorf and Ed Westwick as Chuck Bass:
As GG fans who watched the last season of the show should already know, Blair and Chuck finally got together in the season finale. While it remains to be seen if the dastardly duo can keep a romantic relationship going for long, it appears that the scene they were filming yesterday means they will still be going at in at least for a portion of season 3. I really do like these characters together as a couple. They are so well-suited for one another … they look good together, too. I can’t wait to see Blair and Chuck in action when the show returns this Fall.

Does anyone know if there is an Emmy for best costuming in a television show? If so GG should win HANDS DOWN. they all have the most amazing wardrobes on any show. I can hardly wait for season 3.
Oh and Mad Men season 2 is on DVD today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOL, I didn’t even see that! I guessed who it was just by their hair…and I don’t even watch the show or know the names of the actors…I only recognize them by pictures.

I’ve only recently discovered this show (we’re a bit slow down here in New Zealand) but really like it. Not my usual taste but awesome, and soooo jealous of their wardrobes *sigh*… and ‘chuck’ is exceptionally devilishly hawt
