Jess looks awesome and what the f*ck…the media is going to ask Joe about Jess and he responds appropriately. After one messed up comment way back in the day about her double D’s he has gotten flack about it non-stop. Seriously, the Simpson family seems to be the only “hollywood” family that is as close to normal as can be.

Kristen, I agree. I feel like people just assume the worst about her. Her dad was creepy when she first came out, but you never hear about him anymore (except when people are implying that he is manipulative). First, Jess was really young when she first came out, so it is understandable that her dad was more involved then. As she has gotten older, he doesn’t seem to be as involved. I think people just like that “narrative”, and so they force it on her life, whether it is factual or not.

While I think there’s nothing wrong with having such a strong support system, (her mom, dad, sister, family, etc.) it probably would be a good time to find a new manager. Not that her dad has done a bad job, but she might grow a little more as an adult with a fresh manager-client relationship. Her dad can still contribute to her career and provide fatherly advise, but I agree that it’s probably time for her to spread her wings and fly a little on her own.
