Okay, so I know many of y’all are prolly thinking … who? But some of you may know Jeffrey Donovan as the hot lead actor on the USA Network series Burn Notice. Again, many of y’all are thinking … what network? But … just bear with me. Okay, so David loves watching Psych on USA Network and occasionally watches the spy series Burn Notice which stars hottie Jeffrey Donovan … well, apparently Mr. Hottie got busted for drunk driving on July 12 (my birthday) and, truth be told, still looks kinda hot in his mugshot:
The star of that show “Burn Notice” may have been a little too lit up when he got behind the wheel last weekend — dude was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence in Miami. TMZ has learned Jeffrey Donovan was arrested on suspicion of DUI last Sunday, July 12th. The 41-year-old posed for a cop cam and was released several hours later. So far, no comment from Donovan’s reps.
Okay, so he may not look sooo hot in his mug (especially since I’ve seen him look much hotter) but a bust is a bust and idiots who get arrested for endangering the lives of others by drunk driving should be shamed in public. Burn Notice is a pretty decent show, even tho I don’t really watch it. It’s be a shame for Donovan to lose what little fame he has just because he doesn’t know that drinking and driving doesn’t mix. Get your shizz straight, dude … otherwise no one will ever know who the hell you are.

On a side note, I am so excited to read that other people like to watch “Psych”. I love that show and do not know another person besides myself who watches it so I’m happy to read that David and some other people like it too. =)
I’ve been a Burn Notice fan since its inception and I consider Jeffrey Donovan my current favorite actor on TV. I’m seriously bummed by this revelation and I hope he comes out with an appropriate statement. I also hope that this situation doesn’t negatively impact the show.

Random, but Psych is an amazing show! It’s so witty and funny, but most importantly full of random references to the 80s. Loves it!

But Michael Jackson who endangered the mental health of boys deserves to be praised? Donovan messed up and is an idiot but Michael Jackson was that and more.
Don’t be so stuck up Trent! The guy has been acting long before Burn Notice. He was the lead actor in Changling & did a great job, a pretty big movie as I recall. Funny when you report on those idiot reality show nobodys that are also on cable networks you assume everyone knows them.

Its hard to speak about drunk driving. My friend, Corrie was ran over and killed by a drunk driver who went off the road and hit her while she was returning back to camp from the public docks (this happened in Maine a few weeks ago). Everyone makes mistakes, but some mistakes are permenant. I can only hope that he learned from his nearly permenant mistake and will think twice before over drinking again because its a vicious cycle and destroys lives. Corrie’s parents will never see her ago, she left to go work at a summer camp and will never be coming home.
