Game time!! Can you guess which emo rocker (turned family man) just posted a tweet on his official Twitter profile pointing to a blogpost featuring a photo of the guy when he was a freshman in high school? Take a look at the photo and read the description that was posted with the photo and venture a guess:
yearbook photo of me freshman year. as you can tell from the way i looked than and now i had such a shitload of teen angst that it went into my late twenties. napalm death shut out tho. four year strong has a record out called “explains it all” that has their take on 90s songs.

OMG … LOOOOOVE the yearbook photo! To be honest, I didn’t know it was Pete Wentz at first … it took some careful study. The hair!!! LOOOOVE it!! Where you right? If not, who did you think it was?

First thought Anthony Kiedis, one of the greatest rock musicians out there! Kudos to him. But then i remembered, nah, i’ve read his book and thats NOT him! And if you dared call Anthony or RHCP for that matter any sort of emo i would personally sue you Trent. LOL.
Then i thought Marilyn Manson. Pete seemed to have a longer face back then, much like Marilyns now.

Pete Wentz was my first guess! No mistaking that face. He’s about my age so that photo definitely looked like something taken during my high school years.
