Man r u fuckin kiddin me…”Why Don’t You Love Me”, “Honesty”, “Ego (remix)” & “Save the Hero” r all songs I’m sure we all (Beyonce’ fans) have heard a million times…I absolutely love Beyonce’ & I was even considering buying tha Platinum Edition thinkin its gonna be 4 songs no one has ever heard b4 but no way will I waste my money on dat (well I might juzt 4 tha simple fact its Beyonce’)…She juzt need 2 give this whole “I Am…Sasha Fierce” thing a wrap…Totally boring & a waste of her own time if she really do release this…!!!

Well, I see we have a olot of real fans and haters responding to this. The answer is simple if you don’t want to buy her new CD/DVD video collection…..then DON’T…I am sure B, won’t be losing sleep over this blog or your lack of purchase. Hey, you can’t help it if she has a good marketing team that knows how to keep her fans happy and her name in the game. At the end of the day there is NOBODY, NOBODY out right now who is a Tripple+ threat like she is. We have some descent hook singers, some good new pop, r&b singers out who can dance, but not all can sing live, not all can dance. I give credit when credit is due and she is a living legend, an icon, a true talent. Hey, she won’t be young forever and I am sure wants a family, so gotta do what you can now.

How can you guys hate on someone who simply does what they love to the highest level possible?! She works hard making the music, promoting it, and allowing fans to see it performed live. This re-release is obviously for the super fans who don’t mind handing over money for anything Beyonce. Or for those that might be waiting for a release of this kind.

You can say she over promotes herself but you wouldn’t know that unless you’re paying attention. No one is making you watch her performances. No one is making you watch her music videos. No one is taking those $20 out of your wallet and making you spend it on a cd you already have.

Beyonce is doing her “job” harder than I could ever do mine. Either way you look at it, this is her career, her life, and she will do anything and everything to make sure it continues.

And I will be there every step of the way.

@Krissy – OH HAI! First of all, yes, Beyonce has outsold Britney. But, Beyonce has done SO much promo for her album – that’s why. She has done every show, award show, etc. to death. Britney only did two performances in the U.S. that were televised and a documentary and released 4 singles (Only 3 technically since ‘Radar’ was off “Blackout”) and has a tour to support the album. <– That’s not very much promo at all… Plus, Beyonce pops out a new music video every month and has released 6 singles in the U.S. but Britney’s album opened WAY bigger than Beyonce’s. I’m sure if Brit did promo her album would still be up there but oh well. So, next time, check your facts, BB. : )

Malcom, maybe Britney should do this…considering Beyonce’s cd is at #34 on the billboard charts after 35 weeks, and Britney is at #159 after 33 weeks.

I’m not sure there is much new here. From what I can see, two of the four ‘new’ songs were bonus tracks on iTunes. The other two are a cover (Honesty) and a remix of Ego.

And personally im glad Britney doesnt re release cds like this, if u want fans to have new music just leak them and let them have it for free. This is just another way for her to make more money. lol Didnt she JUST release a deluxe edition for walmart!?

EXCUSE ME!!!! Madonna is releasing a GREATEST HITS! That is not the same as releasing a CD that was just released and making fans pay for the same songs all over again to get four new ones. How about just releasing an EP of four new songs and a DVD of the videos. This is why I NEVER by CDs when they first come out anymore. This is the epitomy of fleecing fans. You cannot compare this to a greatest hits compiliation with new songs. Madonna’s Immaculate Collections has sold over 10 million copies and it only had two new songs. That is the norm for greatest hits packages.
