A week ago today we got our first look at the album artwork for Madonna‘s latest greatest hits album Celebration and today we get our first look at the single coverartwork for the title track. Celebration will be released to radio on Friday July 31 and will be available for download at Amazon (DRM free) and iTunes next Tuesday August 4:

It’s the best single Madonna has released since Confessions on a Dancefloor. In fact, it has that great clubby sound that her single Get Together has … it’s one of those songs that you can totally lose yourself to on the dancefloor. I’m not sure who uploaded the full Celebration track in HQ but I’m sure listening to it will make you want to BUY IT when it gets released next Tuesday. Maddy hasn’t dropped a killer dancetrack in far too long … the crap that Timbaland saddled her with was just not good. Celebration is the fun, dancey single that we’ve been waiting for. You will love, I’m sure of it. I deffo LOVE it. Oh … the single artwork ain’t bad … it ain’t all that great either. I was much more impressed with the album artwork but … the song, itself, rulz!! It’s hawt, right?

AMAZING. I’m glad she’s decided to go European all the way, instead of trying to please tasteless Americans. I love the trancey sound of it. I will definitely be a hit everywhere (except the US, since they’re into crap).

Sounds like the perfect blend for her GH’s album- 80s-90s lyrics and 90s/00s sound. It does have a retro house/trance sound. I didn’t expect to like the song, but it’s very addicting.
BTW, it’s already on sale on Amazon (it made it to number 2 only hours of going up) and it’s also on iTunes. The official release date is tomorrow though.
