Here are a few cute (and a bit sad) photos of Britney Spears handing over her young sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, into the care of her ex-husband Kevin Federline. As you may recall, Britney and her Circus rolled into Paris, France for a few shows and her moochy ex-husband and his new ladyfriend Victoria Prince rolled into town as well. Because the parents share equal custody of the children, it was time for our dear Britney to pass the kids back to K-Fed … much to Jayden‘s extreme displeasure:
Poor kids. Clearly, both Sean P. and JJ were having issues with spending time with their father … both Sean P. and JJ looked like they really didn’t want to leave Britney. These pics, as heartbreaking as they are, are actually really sweet. I’m sure it’s hard for the kids to get jostled back and forth between parents … it’s a shame they can’t just stay with their mother full time ;(

All I know is I bet Jayden wouldn’t be crying that hard had his actual daddy been the receiving arms…it’s like from mom to this weird man that has no hair…and not daddy…
Why can’t K-Fat pick up his own kids? What, he’s too busy? With 30K a month coming his way, he can find the time.

Nobody has to like it, nobody has to approve of it, he doesn’t have to be a great parent. Unless he does something awful to them there is nothing to be done about it and there shouldn’t be.
As for the money.
How else is he supposed to maintain contact with his kids while his superstar ex-wfie goes on tour? Even if he were employed he’s not qualified or talented enough to make the sort of money neccessary to make their incomes even close to even. If Britney were a man who deprived his economically much poorer ex-wife of time with her children over something as stupid as money then people would want to lynch her but since you, and others, don’t see Kevin Federline as anything other than a useless jobless man it’s fine with you that he might not see his kids.

Wow I ddnt know there were so many Kevin fans… Or any at all. Yall make a defese for this guy but only look at 07-08 what about 05 when Britney was the “sane” one and Kevin was out partying it up every night?
Also for the ones sayin he wouldn’t be able to offered the traveling on his own dime… Britney pays for that too. I love how people trust TMZ when it comes to bad Britney press but if it’s good they doubt it and treat it as an unreliable source. Haha

People say Kevin was out “partying” all the time in 05…but he was getting paid for those appearances at clubs. Technically he was “working”. Silly, yes, but can you knock him for trying to provide some income to his family? And I don’t see where ANYONE said they were a Kevin “fan”. Rather, I think people are just being realistic about the situation and sticking up for a person who is being painted as an evil for no reason.
You might not think that it is a “bother” to be forced to go to Europe on someone elses schedule, but you have no idea what other opportunities he is missing out on at home, or the added expense of having to make that trip. He isn’t being “rewarded” for taking care of his kids, he is being compensated for the cost of uprooting his life for many weeks. It is completely rational, legal, and common in custody agreements.
@Krissy — I will agree you on one point, at least while K-Fed is traveling the world on his ex-wife’s dime he can’t be home to record another shitty rap album. That fact alone might be worth the extra $30,000 a week.
well, i just don’t see how you all are claiming k-fed isn’t successful – it seems undeniable to me that he is highly successful in his chosen field of gold-digging. amirite?
U guys still aren’t getting that Britney PAYS for his travel exspenses and his hotel fees on top of the 30 grand a month. And let’s be serious Kevin has had 100% custody of those kids for like a tear before this tour and what did he accomplish!?
And Brotney said it herself his partying is what made their marriage fail. U don’t go partying every night when u have a newborn and a baby on the way as a newlywed… No matter how much they are paying u.

I can understand Brit having to foot the bill for Kevin’s travel expenses, but $30k on top of that? Ridiculous. Even if he was at home, there’s no way he’d be making that much money. What was the last paying job he actually had? The Nationwide commercial a few years ago? Back in ’05 when he was going out all the time and potentially making some money, he was only invited to those clubs because he was married to Britney!
