Here are a few cute (and a bit sad) photos of Britney Spears handing over her young sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, into the care of her ex-husband Kevin Federline. As you may recall, Britney and her Circus rolled into Paris, France for a few shows and her moochy ex-husband and his new ladyfriend Victoria Prince rolled into town as well. Because the parents share equal custody of the children, it was time for our dear Britney to pass the kids back to K-Fed … much to Jayden‘s extreme displeasure:
Poor kids. Clearly, both Sean P. and JJ were having issues with spending time with their father … both Sean P. and JJ looked like they really didn’t want to leave Britney. These pics, as heartbreaking as they are, are actually really sweet. I’m sure it’s hard for the kids to get jostled back and forth between parents … it’s a shame they can’t just stay with their mother full time ;(

The ONLY way it would be fair AT ALL for kevin to be receiving any money on top of his child support would be if he left his job to be in Europe. And we all know that aint happenin bc he hasnt had a job in YEARS. It’s ridiculous. He left NOTHING to travel in Europe and does not deserve a penny above his extremely generous child support payments and does NOT need a god damn nanny.

Its not all Brit’s fault. while Britney was going thru hell during their marriage kfed was MIA. Kfed & his jobless gf havent uprooted A DAMN THING! You mean to tell me it’s cool of him to demand $30,000 a month extra to see his kids half the time while Britney is the only one working?? Sounds like your the one who is idolizing kfed. He has gotten so fat & lazy it’s disgusting! The child support money should only be used for SP & JJ. Not Kfed’s other kids, GF & his living expenses. If Brit went flat broke Kfed would give up custody at the speed of light.

Aww poor guys. I can’t stand K-Fed because he took MONEY over his kids. If I had full custody of my child I would in no way give up my time with her for money. It’s ridiculous that he requires so much money. As far as Britney’s crazy time. I get it. I got divorced recently and I completely understand the crazy things she did. Hell I cut up my wedding dress on our anniversary! (Which was just days after he told me he wanted a divorce) I’m just thankful there’s no pap pics of that! It SHOULD be biased. She had a shitty time and paid for it. Now she’s paying HIM so he can get fat(er) and do what he wants with HER kids meanwhile ignoring his other two because that mom doesn’t have money. I can’t wait till K Fed’s found doing something stupid and loses them.

What I am trying to say..if you want to end up your marriage, be it…you dont have to pay your ex a huge amount of money and a monthly allowance for that..that’s ridiculous. We have here the marriage annulment but it is different from divorce. Your marriage will be dissolve, all you have to do is get an attorney and that’s it. No money involve between the two of you, you just have to shell out money to pay for the attorney. These leeches like Adnan is fighting to death to marry Britney because of the money involve, that is the reason. I hope time will come that the last laugh is from Britney. I love you girl.

The real question people should perhaps be asking is this – Does K-Fed spend the “child support” money on the KIDS… or him & his girlfriend?

Just because one parent is getting child support payments doesn’t make them BETTER than the one paying it. Case in point: I knew a couple who appeared in public to LOVE each other very much. But it was a lie. He came home early from a business trrip… & caught her in bed with another guy. Because of how he was raised (“never lift your hand; never yell at ANY woman but treat them ALWAYS with respect} so he forgave her.

She kept cheating on him… & he filed for divorce & full custody of their daughter. Even though the evidence of infidelity was solid, she recieved full custody, alimony & child support. Leaving him devastated, working 3 jobs, & living for the weekends when he had visitation.

The things his daughter (then 8) told him & his parents left them shocked & angry. His parents hired a P. I. who spent several months investigating her activities before going to court for a reversal of the custody agreement. Bottom line: the “mother” was using the child support for herself NOT her daughter. In fact, her idea of “motherly love” was a revolving door of different guys, fobbing the girl off on neighbors so she could go “away” on trips.

Thankfully, the court listened to the evidence & reversed the decision… She was ordered to pay all court costs & pay back in FULL the total amount of child support she had received over a 16 month period. That was 3 years ago & he {the FATHER} is still waiting. SHE took off for parts unknown with her latest whatever leaving her ex in debt but with his daughter whom he completely dotes on.

Trent you CLEARLY know nothing about child payments. If Britney was P Diddy and she’d have to pay for all of his kids who live with their moms….would you consider this fair? I bet you would.
@U can’t deny … — I think I’m pretty aware of how child payments work. As I said, K-Fed is entitled to child support for the care of the children. He should not be entitled to the $30,000 a month to travel the world with his ladyfriend ON TOP of his regular generous payments from his ex-wife.

when she was off in rehab she was in no condition to take care of them
there is a reason the courts gave kfed primary custody. If you need to be mad at anyone its Britney because she did not take care of responsibility and thus has to pay her spouse to take care of the children in a way that is comparable to lifestyle with their affleunt mother. Atleast she can still make money to recoup paying for her children.
@vanessa — I’m not on a high horse at all, I just call it the way I see it. I do remember that Britney WAS a mess (as you say). I do remember that she WAS in rehab (as you say). Yes, the courts did give custody of the kids to K-Fed but for him to demand $30,000 A WEEK ON TOP OF his usual very generous child support payments to travel the world with his girlfriend (and a nanny who cares for the kids) then I kinda have a problem. How can I be “mad at” Britney for being ill? I’m not sure what your point is but defending K-Fed’s disgusting behavior is dubious at best.
I was just wondering, do we know 100% that K-fed get $30,000 to go to on tour. Has this been stated in any legal documents or released in a statement from K-fed or Brit lawyers?? Or has it just been said in the media. I was just wondering as I cannot make my mind up about K-fed.
He hasn’t sold his story (but perhaps he knows that if he did he would lose face or a big cheque) also Shar says he is a good father and perhaps he doesn’t spend as much time with them as he does with SP and JJ because Shar doesn’t want them missing school and going with K-fed on tour with Brit.
On the other hand K-fed has no job, is bringing his gf along, and from media reports claims loads of money for a nanny to look after his kids.
I am a huge Britney fan and would just like to think that Brit and K-fed can get along and bring up their two boys knowing that both Mommy and Daddy love them and can get along.

@Trent how reliable is TMZ? They are stating K-fed gets $20,000 a month plus $30,000 to go on tour. Is there anything out there that proves that this is what K-fed receives. As much as I love Brit, a TMZ report doesn’t strike me as enough concrete evidence to write off K-fed as a deadbeat Dad who mooches off his ex. Perhaps he does though, we don’t know what really goes on.

@Trent, hey no need to be so defensive :). I think its clear to us all that K-fed doesn’t have a job. There are many single parents that don’t have a job. But not having a job doesn’t make him a bad person. All I’m saying is why is he being slated when we don’t have concrete evidence. I’m not here to pick a fight but how do you think the children will feel about people slating their parents the way they have in the media (I’m refering to all media here, Trent I think you have always been kind about Britney). Regardless of Brit and K-fed actions (if K-fed actions are true then his behaviour is disgusting) those two boys deserve to be loved, and love their parents. My point is that the media creates so many lies how are we supposed to know what to believe unless we have proof?
Actually, Trent, you are wrong with the $30K as well. If they have a shared parenting plan, diving custody and time with the children equally, and Brittney is traveling the world, than K-Fed has to go as well. Why should he be financially burdened by the major expense of traveling, when it was his motion to open up shared parenting to Brittney?
So no, more and more you prove to everyone that, no, you don’t know what you are talking about. But, you would be the expert on disgusting behavior and personal judgments.
